On Saturday 22nd June, 160 members of Wolverhampton South Division (Wombourne, Penn and Pennfields) took over Drayton Manor Park. The weather was beautiful and everyone had an amazing day!
5th Wednesbury Guides and Rangers took part in a leadership day at Chetwynd Army Barracks in Nottingham yesterday and had a fab day, completing activities to achieve their Lead Skills Builder stage 5 badge.

5th Wednesbury Rainbows enjoying a day at Sandwell RSPB nature reserve. The girls and leaders enjoyed a day of den building, a scavenger hunt, pond dipping, craft making and making hedgehogs out of natural materials.

Wilderness 2019 has an amazing programme this year, with lots of new industry expert instructors, Expert Speakers including Girl Guiding Ambassador Sally Kettle, Dr Sarita Robinson, David Willis and Dean Millard. This year we have new evening entertainment with a fire show including fire breathing by local Fire group Fabaloony. We also have a trade show this year selling and advertising all kinds of survival and bushcraft kit.
Bookings made before 30th June get a 10% early bird discount.
