Glos Dance & Cheer Description
GLO*s Dance & Cheer offer Dance & Cheerleading sessions for ALL ages, ranging from Walking - Adults.
Session Time Table
Tuesdays
4. 00pm-4. 45pm Tiny Teenies Cheer (2. 5-5 years)
4. 45pm-5. 30pm Teenies Cheer (6-9 years)
5. 30pm-6. 15pm Tumble, Stretch & Flex (6-16 years)
6. 15pm- 7. 15pm Juniors Cheer (10-16 years)
Thursdays
Whitchurch Leisure Centre
4. 30pm-5. 00pm Disney Dance (2. 5 - 9 years)
5pm-6pm Just Dance (10 - 16 years)
Bodytech
6. 00pm-7. 00pm Adult Cheer (16 + years)
7. 00pm - 8. 00pm Pure Dance (16 + years)
Saturdays
10. 00am-10. 30am Tiny Twinkle Toes Ballet (2-5 years old)
10. 30am-11. 00am CHEERTOTS (walking - 3 years old)
11. 00am-12. oopm Musical Theatre (6 + years old)
GLO Star Tiny Teenies Teenies & Juniors work on routines throughout each term to perform at Events in the Local area throughout the year!
The Stunt, Tumble, Stretch and Flex class works on perfecting stunts, learning new tumbles, and improving their flexibility.
Disney Dance is a fun, magical dance class, with all dances to all the favourite, fantastic disney film songs.
In Just Dance you will learn a routine using different dance styles including hip, hop, street, modern, jazz, commercial and more to popular music that are in the charts.
During Adult Cheer we learn new dance, stunts and tumbles and work on routines. The classes improve your health, fitness and strength without realising it. . . and during lots of fun!
Pure Dance is a fun filled hour where you will learn a routine using different dance styles, including, hip hop, street, modern, jazz and more. . . it is all about having FUN FUN FUN!
TINY TWINKLE TOES is a Ballet class for little ones aged between 2-5 years old. Every child can build their confidence and social skills, learning manners, discipline and respect while developing their basic ballet technique, co-ordination, musicality, balance, posture and rhythm, at a fun no pressure class with GLO*s Dance & Cheer
Cheertots offers activities to help with; *Balance and Co-ordination *Rhythm *Social Skills *Develop speech and language skills (verbal and non verbal) through the use of rhythm music, listening skills, verbal and body language *Parent /carer and child bonding and mainly it is so much fun for your little one. An adult is required to stay and play during this session. The adult will join in with the tot, helping then to learn and play. This is a great way to bond with your child.
Musical Theatre combines music, song & dance, which includes theatrical aspects through dance. This class is for those who LOVE to Sing & Dance, we will work towards routines to showcase throughout the year. The music for this class will be from popular West End & Broadway musicals.
