Where would I be without this amazing gym?!

As someone who is a bit self conscious and would NEVER!! Have gone to the gym alone a couple of years ago, joining gravity has changed me for the better.

I can't go more than a couple of days without getting withdrawals from the best classes I've ever done and I've made some great friends in the staff that work here, everyone is just so approachable, helpful and just lovely ’┐Į Oh and as someone who's tried pretty much every "diet" in the book, nothing has helped me as much as the team at gravity have!

I also see Karla for reiki at gravity which is one of the best things I've ever done! I am literally a better person physically and mentally because of this gym!!

I would recommend it to anyone ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

What an amazing gym! Classes are great, staff and members are so friendly and welcoming. IŌĆÖve always found it quite daunting going into a gym but Gravity puts you at ease. And the PT sessions have brought me on massively ’┐Į’┐Į. A safe, supportive place for my teenager to train, too. WouldnŌĆÖt dream of going anywhere else now. ’┐Į

Very friendly and helpful staff, never a struggle to find a free treadmill and fabulous classes. Really appreciate being able to bring my son with me at weekends too. ’┐Į’┐Į

So after getting to the ripe young age of 46 and never ever ever exercising (beer arms were more than enough for me) ... the word gym to me was a lads name in my eyes .. Sooooo I dragging my sorry wobbly ass this place to hope that I might start to enjoy this malarkey....

And I'm hooked. We where treated and greated by a fab team and each and everyone of them made us feel welcome.. Evan just a * good morning or a hi there * makes a big difference when your a shy one like me ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

We joined in a group of 4 thinking we will egg each other on and it's worked. 5am my alarm goes off ... gym at 5.30... and I'm loving the feeling of energy I'm getting along with the not so wobbly ass now

Personally I've never been a fan of going to "the gym" it was not only a big effort to move my bum and get there but I've always found it boring ..having to stand in front of skinny chicks pounding the treadmill or looking pretty lifting weights ­¤Öä Then a few friends told me to try gravity.. I still wasn't convinced.. until about 4 weeks later one of them literally dragged me there ..I done one class a week for two weeks and absolutely loved it .no show off dolly birds no one judging just normal people all different sizes wanting to keep fit and lose weight just like me.... half an hour classes that's all .. since then I've never looked back ­¤śĆ I enjoy going "the gym" now ­¤æŹ­¤Å╗ Always a warm welcome.. if you need any advice you just need to ask.. the whole crew do not hesitate to help you .. the classes are really enjoyable .. sometimes hard but you can go at your own pace .. I always feel really good within myself after I've been whether it's to one of the many fab classes or just on the machines .. deffo 5* for me ­¤æī­¤Å╗

My friend and I have been going for 3 weeks now .From day 1 we were made to feel welcome ,great team of staff, great classes and can't do enough to help u with anything. Sam was amazing helping us with our personal programme and we learnt loads from him about nutrician and healthy eating I'm loving being back at the gym so thanks for all being so welcoming.

Lovely staff who go above and beyond to help people its really nice to see. Everyone welcome all abilities. Good atmosphere, small gym bit heart. I love it xx

Joined Gravity several years ago, having been a member of other gyms over the years. I was just looking at keeping my fitness up and saw it just as another gym, I go, do my bit and leave, end of. I presumed I would be a face with no name. That's not what has happened. Every staff member of the Gravity team, knew exactly I was a new member. They knew my name and drew me into their flock, not only giving fantastic fitness classes but are genuinely interested in :me'. I haven't always needed the support and guidance which the trainers are able to offer, but I have seen evidence of this first hand. Any person of any age group and fitness level is treated with the utmost individual care and respect. They are given well informed action plans, embrace their high moments, as well as continue to physically and emotionally support that person with their dips. I will never choose anywhere else to spend my time keeping my fitness. I will still continue to go even on my Zimmer. Xxx

I never thought I would give up breakfast in Claremont farm on a Saturday (a SATURDAY!!!) morning with my gorgeous family for a class in the gym...but today I did! And I was happy about it and that is all thanks to this amazing gym, everybody is always welcome and if you haven't got a clue what you're doing, (like me at first!) you soon will! Thank you to all of you...probably wouldn't say that in the middle of a class haha X

I love Gravity gym. It's not just a place to go & workout but it's also a warm, friendly and great place to be. There is always a warm welcome & if you need any help, all the Staff are happy to offer their professional advice. The Team work so hard to ensure that you reach your full potential & push you to the limit. I recommend Gravity to all my friends & I cannot thank all the Staff for making me love the gym. You are all amazing & you all work so hard. You should all be very proud of yourselves.

Best Gym i have ever been too, everyone is so friendly and helpful it makes it so easier to go on your own. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to anyone, as the classes and gym opening times work for everyone no matter what job you have.

Been to most local gyms over the years and find this one has the best feel about it. The staff are all very friendly and helpfull. Karla and Mickey have worked very hard to create this atmosphere and it reflects there personalities. Also they do upgrade equipment and the gym is very well kept.

Been a while since I did pad work and tonight was great way to finish my session off in the gym amazing people to help you reach goals that you want to hit and push you out of the comfort zone thanks for the help off both of you for this year and harder work to come in the new year

Amazing gym, fantastic facilities for cardio, building, circuits and classes to suit all requirements. From afternoon classes catering for mature members, to a variety of early morning, mid morning and evening classes ensuring they cater to the needs of all members throughout the week. The changing rooms and toilet facilities are clean and tidy, the staff are approachable, friendly and available to help you understand particular exercises, equipment and other fitness issues. You can even grab a bite to eat or a protein shake in the ark cafe situated at reception area. I have been a member of a number of large chain gyms but nothing compares to what you receive at Gravity. A personal program when you join, advice and guidance , friendliness, optional personal training sessions, 5* cafeteria and above all else commitment and passion shown by all members of staff in this lovely family run gym.
