My Mobility Astra 1.4 T (lovely car) had to be returned, nothing to do with the dealer, it was the lies the PiP assessor wrote on the report. They (Chris Pickering) handled it extremely well and sensitively, and explained the last customer had been in the same state 3 months before, and on appeal had been reinstated so not to give up hope. Can't fault Greenhaus, been with them for years.

Had a recall for my Corsa D handbrake. From initial call to workbeing done very corteous. Work done very quickly.

Fantastic service off the team. Even with manufacturing complications they couldn't do much more for me! Even giving me a courtesy car until mine was ready. New car day! ’┐Į

Bought my car new from greenhous and a service plan. Car went in for service on 10th March, I asked them to look at brakes as I felt they weren't quiet right.... report came back they were fine. Car went in again on 27th April as engine management light came on (glow plug issue) asked them again to look at brakes.... told brakes are ok.... for last week my car has made a horrendous noise when using brakes so taken it to another garage. My brakes are metal in metal... iron filings all around ...need new disks and pads!!!! Did my brakes get looked at at greenhous???? Very annoyed as issue may have been sorted weeks ago at less expense!!!!!! Do I ever trust them again????

I hate getting ripped off and taken for a mug, apparently my Anti Roll bar dust cover was allowing the ingress of dirt and because of this it failed its MOT, there was nothing wrong with the dust covers the day before the test as i had checked them and knew they were fine. I asked to see the failed part in place before it was removed from the car, i saw that the cover had been pulled to the side and stretched out of shape, after the new part was fitted i asked if i could keep the old part, when this came round to the front of the service area it looked as though it had been ripped apart and cut with a sharp knife, this was done to make it look more damaged than it actually was.

The cost for such an experience was almost ┬Ż40 for the part ( less than ┬Ż10 to buy elsewhere ) and 24 minutes to fit at ┬Ż99 an hours labour, that is a cost of ┬Ż39.60 to fit something which would take even a non mechanical person at the very most 10 minutes to complete............



Your having a laugh Greenhous Vauxhall, you've lost my business for the future and anyone i meet i will tell them of your underhand tactics to make money.
