• Compliance with the legal requirement to undertake regular fire, health and safety risk assessments, electrical and asbestos inspections, by an experienced H& S practitioner.
• Over the last 12 years GRP has developed a small number of Residential Properties to a standard which has served to minimise vacant periods, maximise rental yield and increase capital growth.
• GRP is a Landlord with lettings in Binley Woods, Stoke and the Hawkesbury areas of Coventry. All properties are currently let and are advertised as and when they become vacant.
• Individual landlords and buy-to-let investors will benefit from flat fees of 10% (no VAT applicable) with larger portfolios negotiable.
With no high street office with numerous staff to pay, rates, advertising etc. This means that the cost can be more realistic. Furthermore as a small company there is no need to add VAT to any fees resulting in a further saving.
