Really happy with our G Tech AirRam. No lugging around any heavy machinery, battery power is ample. Clean and easy to change and replace filters monthly. Excellent customer service for a minor issue we have had recently. Quick responses and not reluctant to send brand new parts to fix issue.

Just have to say how impressed I am with your delivery service. All items delivered in less than 24 hours with free delivery.

I rarely bother with reviews because to be quite honest, I rarely find anything worthy writing about!. That has changed!!! I bought the Gtech Air Ram Mk2 about a month ago, how has a piece of machinery revolutionised my life like this! It is simply the best vacuum cleaner on the market. My carpets/floors are spotless, unreachable fur balls a thing of the past. No more aching back and heavy arms as I glide, really almost dance around the house hoovering with a joy never before experienced. My other half is delighted that I ‘offer’ (fight him for it) to hoover for the first time in years! Well done Gtech. My only gripe is that I didn’t buy the handheld product at the same time, who knew eh!!!

I own the Gtech Pro and have to say it’s the best vacuum I’ve ever used. I got it before it’s release being a previous Gtech customer and only agreed to getting it because it’s bagged. Having pets I often find bagless vacuums a bit unsanitary and so was intrigued at Gtechs decision to go back to bags. Having had the airam k9 and not being disappointed I didn’t think the pro would be that different. How wrong I was! I can feel the pull on the floors all the way up to the handset and it doesn’t lose suction even when the bag’s full.

I own a beagle which, considering they’re categorised as a minimal moulting breed, moult enough that they really shouldn’t have any fur left on their bodies. The pro gets every single hair up, even ones that have worked their way into the upholstery. Being cordless it’s a breeze to just grab the vacuum and clean, even bits of rubble, which after 6 months of house renovations the pro has more than coped with. I tried the Shark liftaway cordless which seems to have rave reviews and it couldn’t even begin to compete with the pro’s performance. So well done Gtech.

I have the hoover and the handheld small hoover , l love the fact that i can pick up the upright hoover anytime without the hassel of a cable ...very important when you have two parrot's that like to throw ther food on the floor ... As well as two dogs that are in and out of the house . I even have have the strimmer and the hedge cutter which i love being so light for me to use rather than a heavy petrol one ..... But i do have problems with the hedge trimmer blades ? The bades won't work ? If you take the blade head off the pole where the head attaches .. the coil/wheel bit works fine ..so it's the head part of the blades ..think it needs a new head ? Has anyone else had a problem with the hedge cutter?

I have had the GTech now for 12 months plus, I was a little skeptic of its advertised claims. I must admit I have not been disappointed. I bought it because we had just got a puppy who was molting constantly., Our original cleaner is a well known brand, although it was fine, it was a nuisance maneuvering it around. My wife had a fight with it every time she got it out to clean the hairs.. We have mainly parquet floors downstairs and laminated upstairs, both types of floors have carpet runners on them.. The Gtech copes excellent on both, and the performance is unbelievable.. I am not sure how it copes on deep pile carpets but for our means it is fantastic.. My wife is not the gentlest when hoovering, but it copes well with her rugged approach....The battery life so far is still very good.. I highly recommend, and would certainly get another, I hope not for a long time yet though.. One final thing is, the customer service is very good, infact 5 stars..

I have bought 3 Items from the Gtech range , an Air Ram and Multi , A Hedge trimmer plus and my latest purchase an eSent Mountain Bike I am delighted with them all. & as for the Ebike, all I can say is WOW, is makes cycling up hills so easy, Would highly recommend to my family and friends

Having amazing fun on the eScent Mountain Bike - works really well and gets me out there! Also got their AirRam2 which cleans the house very well. Love the electric mower which is so easy to use, and I mow more frequently as so handy with no cable, and works amazingly. Also bought the hedge trimmer and with the branch cutter, really very good, and extendable to a good height.

Always had really great customer service from them, only a couple of very minor points, all sorted quickly. Great products and great service. Loving the bike!

Customer Service is simply the best. We had a slight issue with an old original AirRam that was just out of warranty - switch was sticking (intermittently). GTech sorted it straight away. We have been impressed with the AirRam and grass strimmer from the start and I’m looking forward to buying the mower. Great company.

Have one myself which I love for ease and lightweight flexibility. However, I recommended it to a lady that I help with housework etc. she has dogs and so bought the K9, hand held unit, car version and various extras. Due to daily use, making the most of it’s flexible maneuverability, I have had to replace 2 wheels over the past 3-4 months at extra cost. Sadly as the fittings/fixings on almost everything these days is plastic it’s not as durable and strong to cope with such use. This is disappointing as every other element is highly recommended!

Good on carpets but hopeless on hard floors. We advised the sales girl that it was to be our main vacuum for the whole house that is mainly laminate flooring and she assured us it would be ideal. We bought the package of the upright and handheld model, spending a lot of money. I don't understand how the TV adverts show up and close how the vacuum picks up off hard floors when ours only moves things across the floor!

2 stars for the handheld - I brought the package as the handheld looked ideal for stairs and general cobwebbing - it has never truly done its job and as time went on hot lazier and lazier and now can’t even be bothered to pick anything up, it’s not blocked anywhere and I’ve retired it to the cupboard and replaced it with a black and decker handheld which works wonderfully. Very disappointed with it and it’s not even 2 years old !! Waste of money !!!

We have had the Gtech k9 stick hoover for about a week and it’s useless. It doesn’t puck up and requires you to go over the area several times. The main attachment got completely blocked with pet hair which it’s designed to pick up. Such an expensive mistake absolutely gutted and so disappointed.

Really disappointed with my Gtech Ram. It gets no where near the edges of the room due to its bulky design, it consistently chews up the edges of my rug when moving from one surface to another (not a thin rug either) and it’s no good for picking up anything other than light dust.



As more time goes on, I hate it even more and more.



I wish I’d brought the shark. An expensive mistake :(

I’ve had a new head unit delivered and for a week or two it was a lot better. Now it’s back to its old self not picking bits up even after 4 or 5 attempts. Will be buying a Dyson, don’t make the same costly error I did, it’s never been quite right.

I’m sorry as I’m not one to leave negative feedback but I’m so unhappy with this now. My mum has the two and I was so happy with them I kept hinting for one. So I was gifted with one as a present. It’s like a toy in comparison to my mums one. This is just a hassle now even trying to lift the simplest things. How can they be so different?

I won't be buying from Gtech again. I had a Gtech Multi Mk 1 that I didn't use that frequently. A vital component inside the machine shattered when it was out of warranty. I believe this should be something that comes under Consumer Law as I didn't believe a part should shatter in this way from normal wear and tear. I was offered a 10% discount towards buying a replacement or to pay for a repair. I wouldn't want to invest in another Multi if it's the view of the company that it's to be expected that their product will become unusable in 3 years.

I have now got 2 broken air ram K9’s. In each of them something happens in the handle and it won’t tilt back to vacuum. It’s a mystery what’s actually wrong but very frustrating , especially as this is not a cheap product . Thankfully we hadn’t got rid of the Dyson so it’s back in service. Very disappointed.

I bought my GTECH AirRam in January and have been very pleased with it until now. The battery shows fully charged, but the machine will not switch on - I've two dogs shedding fur all over my carpet and have to go on hands and knees to clean it - I'm in my 70s so this is not good for me!
