GUR is a leading sewing machine and haberdashery supplier operating from its Birmingham base since 1984.
When it comes to experience in sewing machines, supplies and advice, GUR staff have considerable experience in the industry.
GUR stocks a wide range of sewing machines for overlocking, quilting, embroidery and embellishing including: Brother, Janome, Elna, Jaguar and Novum sewing machines.
GUR keeps a large stock of spares and accessories including overlocker spares, sewing machine spares, foot controls, spool pins and caps, light bulbs, extension tables, sewing machine needles, software, bobbins and cases, sewing feet, steam and vacuum accessories.
A selection of haberdashery item from favourite brands including, Clover, Pony, Hemline, Craft Factory, Sew Easy and Impex. You can discover hand needles, beads and sequins, buttons and buckles, embroidery threads, hoops and frames, knitting needles, crochet hooks, knitting and crochet yarn, pencils, fabric markers, pin cushions, magnets, tapestry threads, sewing patterns and storage organisers.
As main agents for many of the major brands, GUR are also able to provide a full repair service. GUR has a large, fully stocked workshop on the premises where they offer a free estimate on all machines bought in for attention.
GUR also supplies and services machines to schools and colleges throughout the UK.
