Visited a few times my absolute favourite place to come when in Birmingham visiting family (from just outside London)

Very good customer service - big thank you to Louise, Ziggy, and Adele . I ordered a spicy burger by mistake so wasn't able to eat it - they couldn't have been any more helpful - I didn't even complain and they replaced the burger with plain chicken one which was delicious . Very refreshing to receive such good customer service . Thank you.

Great service! Great food! The burgers are mahoosive and I regretted ordering fries and onion rings, I couldn’t finish it! But all was well cooked and served within 20 mins. Highly recommend!

After never eating in this place before I was rather intrigued to see what it was like. We were greeted by a very polite and lovely man (can't remember his name) he was very helpful and had overall brilliant customer service. After about 10 mins looking at the menu (so much choice) we ordered. I can honestly say it was the best burger I've ever eaten! The coleslaw was awesome, the chips were great but the burger was just something else!! I will definitely be coming back highly recommended. Brilliant burgers, brilliant staff and brilliant service what more do you want!!

Really nice burger (I had the blue cheese & bacon) and there was loads of bacon. The waiter was attentive as well. They got one of our orders but quickly rectified things which was good. My only issue is how much the portions had changed since I last ate here around a year or so ago. The chips came in a smaller bowl than previously so the portion was smaller but the price appeared unchanged. We also had the wing tips to start: 3 wings at nearly £4 is steep so stick to the burger and order double chips!

Lovely meal today and excellent customer service - a mistake with our order rectified quickly and politely. Thanks to our waiter, Javier, who couldn't have been more attentive

Overpriced and an hour wait for the food. Nice they offer halal chicken but we won't be back. £8 for a burger on its own is really expensive. Restaurant ok. Not spotless. Table sticky. I expect more if I'm paying these sort of prices. Too much relish on the burgers so couldn't taste much else. Staff courteous and friendly.

It's been a while since we last visited, I was most disappointed to discover that they no longer offer refillable soda (a must when visiting with teens) instead preferring to charge £2.60 for 250ml of Diet Coke. In addition for some inexplicable reason orders are now taken at the table. In theory this sounds ok but we were going to the cinema so waiting 10 minutes to order then waiting what seemed like forever to pay (after having to ask twice) does not work.

IMO It's an odd move to make for a burger restaurant, I would imagine that most of the patrons are looking for a reasonably speedy meal. The burgers were great, the onion rings so greasy as to be inedible...

can't see us returning ..... HBC no longer fits our needs.
