I’m unbelievably lucky to do what I do. I was never able to properly manage my mental health working the 9 to 5. Not in the way I can now. Not to say this is easy either. I can really struggle with my motivation, especially when fear of failure can convince me it is better not to try at all. It has given me space to learn more about my feelings, how different types of anxiety feels and allowing me time to recover when I need to. I don’t say it enough. Thank you for your continuing love and support.

I'm so glad to be back out and about after the Christmas Break. I've been doing a lot of stuff in the background over the Christmas break. I've been working on competitions, offers and an amazing new partnership which will be announced soon. Today I'm at @nantwichveganfair until 4pm xxx

By knowing your money is going to Vegan business owners, it make sure that were strengthening the Vegan economy.

Come and find me in Friendly Foods today and tomorrow for some cheeky samples. You can try Sticky Toffee, Christmas Pudding and Chocolate and Raspberry until 3pm today and from 11 till 3 tomorrow. If you can't make this weekend you can now pop in and grab a pud from Friendly Foods freezer.

I can't wait for this weekend. You can find me at Friendly Foods for a pop up shop where we'll have hot samples of puddings for you to try. You can find me there from 11 till 3 Saturday and Sunday.

In more exciting news this week, I have a brand new stockist. Friendly Foods is a beautiful, independent Vegan Store based in the Midlands between Bridgnorth and Wolverhampton. I'm so happy to be included in their amazing range of products. You'll now find Christmas Puddings, Raspberry and Chocolate and Sticky Toffee Puddings in their freezer. I'll also be there on the 30th November and 1st December for a meet the maker pop up shop. There will be plenty of hot samples to try to warm you up this winter.

I have lots of exciting announcements to make over the next few weeks. You can now get delicious puddings through the post. There are three available at the moment: Sticky Toffee, Apple and Blueberry and Christmas Pudding. Puddings are delivered fresh and can be frozen for up to 3 months. I'm so excited for Dudley Vegan Fayre tomorrow. I've been working hard on a new recipe which is ready to go. This sticky toffee pudding is my absolute favourite. The sponge is filled with apples and dates, coated in a luxurious toffee sauce. All homemade and 100% vegan (ofc).

Can't wait to be in Dudley this weekend 😊
