Would just like to say had a really lovely breakfast today there was 8 of us and the service was awesome

Went for a meal with my family on bank holiday, and was very pleased. Food was nice... the staff was very nice and polite. And portions was very big. Only downside was..there was sausage missing from my partners mixed grill. But otherwise...very happy, definitely will be coming back again.

We went the day before valentines day and to be fair, we enjoyed it. Although we had to wait for service, our food was very nice and plenty of it. The salad bar was a bit messy, but it was a busy night and not everyone has enough manners to be careful around the food. On the whole, we liked it enough to say we'd go back.

The food was satisfactory and the service from "Hollie" was fantastic, she is a credit to the unit. However whilst waiting for our food my wife sat watching the two chef's in the kitchen who were both using their mobile phones! Not at all hygienic and I do hope they had not used them when they went to the loo! I am sure the EHO would not be happy about this practice, they should be told to leave their phones in their lockers.

Waitress and service was good but the food wasn't up to standard, the chips tasted like they'd been warmed up before and were soggy!! and the salad bar was very limited. The cutlery and glasses were dirty, we had to ask for clean glasses. Really disappointed �

Visited yesterday (6th January ) lunchtime with my friend. Lovely girl greeted and seated us in a few seconds. We asked for a quiet table and we got one. My friend ordered the salmon and i had the triple chicken combo. Food was lovely and salad bar was well stocked. Drinks arrived very quickly also. Overall a very pleasant experience and staff were very professional and attentive. Will be visiting again soon. Ps. Last time i visited was 1980's

Second time our family has been here. Food and service was fantastic first time, tonight was a little different plates from salad bar were dirty, food in general was nice but its a shame we had not finished before the bill was placed on our table ? Even though it was not asked for as we were going to buy additional drinks and bottles of sauces but I guess we out stayed our welcome.🤔

Half term treat for our grandson & his mum. Granddad had gammon which was fine. Grandson had fish fingers kids meal which was fine. My daughter & I had the same... cod and chips. Both fish were very watery and didn't taste of fish! Salad wasn't as good as it should have been (and I'll eat any type of salad!!). A bit disappointed with the food... but the waitresses were very pleasant and courteous. Oh and we had to ask for a clean glass as the one supplied had something on it!!

Why, if you order a salad for your main meal are you not given a plate anymore !!!! This means you have to use the small bowls and make numerous trips not allowing you to have a bit of everything on your meal. Come on Harvester stop being mean � #averyunsatisfiedslimmingworldcustomer

Well after the waiter spilt boiling hot tea down my neck hardly going to give it a 5 star

We arrived took ages to even be greeted we eventually sat after about 10 mins a waitress came over took our orders about half an hour later we got our food but had to be returned to the kitchen as was stone cold both got up this morning not feeling the best very disappointed we have eaten there many times in the past unsure what’s changed......

Out with best friend birthday lunch . Ordered steak med-rare. Could not cut it , full of gristle ! Sent steak back refused another said I would have chicken instead . Waited over 20 minutes before chicken arrived . By that time eaten chips /salad. Not offered any dessert or coffee just left . Had to go to till to pay bill & they were going to charge us for steak!!

Bad food/bad service/no apology . Will not be rushing back ��

Our waitress was lovely, polite and attentive but i have to say the food below standard. My dads chicken was pint near the bone, my fish was ok but the batter was soggy, the chips were tasteless... .the rest of the family said the food was ok but we wont be going back.

I ordered tea which was refillable, every pot came lukewarm. Tea should be made with boiling water, not tepid. Meat was dry, fries cold. Staff couldn't be bothered to divide our bill for payment, told us to work it out ourselves. Not good service.

First time coming in a while. Half of what we ordered wasn’t available. Then no bread for salad, limited salad on show. Asked a member of staff if any bread or anything- only to be told got no more. Come on Harvester! It’s 1.30pm on a weekday and most of what you haven’t got is basic stuff

What an absolute shambles!!

Went along for Sunday breakfast, reasonably busy.

Placed our order, went to get coffee and juice, no coffee cups, small amount of coffee in jug and no milk. The servers were made aware by numerous people and for over 15 minutes nothing changed. Black bits in orange and and only enough left for 2 x quarter glasses.

Looked around and what I can only presume is the manager was cleaning tables, there were plenty set up already. If the manager thinks relaying tables is more important than providing the essentials for coffee, like cups etc, it just about says it all about the place.

Cancelled our order and left, still no coffee cups or milk when we left!!

Went for Xmas celebration with a big group...have to say main meal of Roast Turkey was very bad in fact inedible same goes for the veggies...it looked and tasted like it was overheated some parts of the Turkey were rock hard...you need to look at improving this or you will lose a lot of custom..I for one won't be coming back.

Very poor food was awful and over cooked didn’t get what I ordered no aircon or fans in the place to keep cool drinks bought had to fetch our own ice will definetly not be returning 30 pound wasted on food that can be described as shocking .
