Very enjoyable meal very memorable one to brought my family together

The food and the service were excellent. Some of the politest staff I have met for a long time.

Popped in today with my daughter. We didn't know that it had been recently refurbished but we did guess because it's immaculate. Some new items on the menu which was nice to see and the salad bar too. We really enjoyed it and the food was excellent. Best meal we have had for a while and definitely the best Harvester we have been to.

My husband and myself went here for evening meal.after a long day at the NEC, as we were staying in the Holiday Inn next door, and we weren't disappointed. We were served by a lovely lady named Fiona, who was attentive and polite. We had the 2 course meal deal of Portobello mushrooms with blue cheese dip - scrummy - and the half rotisserie chicken which was really lovely. Great selection at the salad bar. We will definately be making it a "place to go" when we are in the area next.

I come here quite regularly today like a lot of times we had Sharon as our waitress she is fab nothing's to much bother always great service, friendly and makes you feel welcome food was good as well

Had a fairly large family meal there today lovely food and our waitress (Bam Bam) was truely amazing nothing was a big ask for her she helped in every way possible and was really attentive about how we were doing and interacted brilliantly with the kids in our party , made it a perfect visit bar the temperamental icecream machine but couldn’t apologise enough and she even hurried it along personally thanks again Bam Bam ��

Good food reasonable prices drinks a little expensive but will definitely be back agai

21st April 2018- Both myself and my partner had a Harvester breakfast, which was cooked to perfection, hardly any waiting at all for our food,

our server (Samantha) from start to finish had great customer service, very patient and polite to us - Which everyone knows is SO rare these days. I'm a huge complainer and pick at things if I can find any, but nope, today's experience was worth full 5*'s.

Good service. Very pleasant staff. Steak cooked perfectly

Not good service. Long waits between courses and to be served, unhelpful waitresses, limited choices, chosen foods not available, a lot on menu that's not available. And if your have a gluten free diet, stay well away as food is extremely limited, or not in stock. Very disappointed. My friend had to cross reference a massive allergen folder with the normal menu before she could see the two meals she was allowed to have. Harvester should seriously do a gluten free menu with options on, then when questioned about stuff waitress hadn't got a clue. Needs to be better training and accommodation for dietary requirements.

My family are regular visitors here, food is mostly ok but I would agree with the other reviews that the food is quite often on the cold side especially the chips, which are usually thin on the ground as well. I can't stand the tin plates they put the chicken on, the grease off the chicken just makes the chips soggy and horrible. The staff are always polite and friendly though even when they are rushed off their feet, and the salad bar is always filled and fresh.

Also we miss the side scampi option for the steaks. Not every one likes prawns...

Oh, and please sort the WiFi out, it's the only restaurant we visit where it's impossible to use your phone...

Food is excellent, although sometimes cold, but always sent back and piping hot when returned. Staff are nice and always apologetic when mistakes are made. However -- WIFI, its terrible, its so slow i could run faster than it. i thought it may be because the restaurant was busy, but by the time i had finished my meal it was almost empty and still slower than a 56k dial up. To make matters worse, mobile coverage is also rubbish so you can't exactly bounce back to your network to get online. For someone travelling alone all the time, wifi is very important, and with a large holiday inn next door you would expect a lot of solo travellers also in there. Cmon, sort the wifi or i will resort to eating in the holiday inn instead

We didn't like it at all I'm sorry to say,we were met at the door no welcome just showed to table, no conversation at all,nice young lady who served us,food we ordered wasn't very hot jacket potato was black inside,they changed it to chips? Wasn't very happy at all 4 meals not good,that's the second time we have been there & we have not been pleased but we thought we would give it another try but I'm afraid we won't be going back for a while.

Great service but really disappointed with the meals, 3 of the chosen meals we asked for were not available. 2 of them were a vegetarian option. There isn't a lot of choice for vegetarians as it is so not great.

Food was decidedly average. The 83 combo the ribs had no meat on mainly bone and gristle corn on the cob stone cold. Chicken over cooked so it was dry as a bone

Just left. I ordered a pulled pork burger after a 20 minute wAit which in all fairness wasn't to bad, only it was cold. Sent it back, a new meal was sent out 10 minutes later.... only 1 problem.... the wrong meal. Not impressed at all, only got an apology when I stated that a first point of call should always be an apology.... there's a McDonald's next door, had to go there instead ��

Just been for lunch and I’m sorry to say it’s the worst meal I have had for a while. It took 4 meal choices before I found something available. To have no jacket spuds, cod or fish finger buns is an unacceptable service. I choose the Cajun chicken wrap which was tasteless and the chef forgot the slaw and almost forgot the salsa and lettuce but did manage to poor more avocado than chicken which ruin the taste.

Final insult....at no time was we asked if the
