We love the salad bar and I had the standard rack of ribs and they were delicious.The lovely girl that waited on our table was efficient and friendly.

Quick service waited a little while for the main course but can help myself to starters may visit again well done

Had a little visit here for my 19th birthday where the customer service off this one staff member was very nice, I think he was called Matt. Food on the other hand wasn’t up to scratch of what I’ve had before but still enjoyed my visit. Thank you to Matt for good customer service and chat.

We were sat next to an air vent and it seemed to be next to the smoking shelter as clouds of smoke poured in. I ordered the food after a 15 min wait and when it arrived 3 meals arrived and the 4th was not ready as the waitress had got the order wrong. There was a big poster by the door saying treat your mom £10 for a bottle of prosseco. Nothing about a voucher being needed. But the bar maid made my husband download a voucher.

This was my birthday/ Mothers day meal and I was so disappointed.

Was there Friday with my whole family after my great nans funeral! As far as I'm concerned there wasn't enough food laid out as there was many of us didn't eat as there wasn't enough, So we were left with the salad! Did ask a member of your staff if there was anymore bread rolls being bought out and your waiters response was iv already asked the chef and he's shouted at me! Like that's my problem!!! Iv just attended my great nans funeral and your worried that the chef will shout! Utter stupidity and lack of empathy and our booking was pushed back to half 1 (hour later) because you had a large group booked for breakfast! No apology and was told when we arrived! Never again will me or my family waste money in this hole!!!! Disgusted!

Haven't been for along time , but food was not that good ..... There wasn't any bread rolls in the baskets & the salad bar was pretty dire ..... We did have a lovely waitress though , so score 5 for the waitress , 3 for the food ..... It was my 50th birthday & went to competitor at lunch time & couldnt fault the food there !

Food was lovely. Staff on the other hand, well only one in particular....I think she needs to go on a customer service skills course! I wouldn’t go back. I would rather go to St. Peter’s where the staff are friendly!!

Waited 40 minutes for our breakfast whilst a table behind gave up and left due to waiting so long. No apology, food was good but one of our orders wasn’t correct, didn’t even attempt to have any more due to the wait. Clearly short staffed and will go back to the harvester in St. Peter’s in future.

The food was very basic! We came to this restaurant for my sisters 17th birthday. The service was awful! The manager has absolutely no customer service skills at all. He took my 18 year old cousins beer away from him without hesitation and didn't offer another drink. When the food arrived my sister started eating her chicken burger and discovered a massive hair actually in her chicken. When we told them they didn't even apologise, and just brought her a fresh one, it took them over 20 minutes to bring the food and by this time the rest of the food was cold! Later the bill was brought to us. After realising some of the party hadn't had there pudding (from the set menu) we asked to order it and to take home, after them explaining they had no ice cream left (both deserts on the menu had ice cream). The price then changed and a new bill was brought over to us without hesitation. Not realising that we would be charged extra we questioned this (as it was a set menu price) The manager and another member of staff both told us two different reasons very abruptly! We ended up paying the added bill purely from frustration! No apology!



Will not be recommending to anyone and will never return! Just like plenty of other customers as the place was dead!!!
