Went for the early bird on Tuesday . Lovely hot food . Great efficient service. Just one problem and same at the Perdiswell restaurant. Bread rolls are always so hard like rocks but the problem is never solved 😩😩😩

Went for breakfast one Sunday morning with my wife and children and is was that good I went again the following Sunday. Staff were very attentive considering how busy it was. I read with interest some of the negative reviews about The Harvester and after visiting this venue on several occasion the negative reviews do not do it justice. If you go to the Ritz you pay for someone to wait on you hand and foot. When you go to a place like the Harvester you have to remember that these guys are looking after several tables whilst working with kitchen with customers special requests etc etc. The food is served cooked and hot and very tasty for a reasonable price. The venue is always clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. All I’m saying is, you want the Ritz the go to the Ritz, if you want good food reasonably price in a clean friendly environment then you won’t go wrong at the Harvester in Worcester. Spot on guys.

Luvly thanku , very happy & friendly staff was very busy but they had it all under control all the chefs were happy in there work . A luvly sunday feel very full now tho � xx

Just been for lunch with my two sons , as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly server behind the till , the service was great and I was very surprised at how good the food was , will defiantly dine here again , thanks guys

Great food at a reasonable price staff were attentive when you asked them for something and seemed happy doing their job. My kids loved it and we would love to visit again and probably will. I have read some of the reviews on here after my visit and I'm glad I didn't read them before as I probably wouldn't have gone there. How someone can give it a 1 star rating and call the place a "rancid hellhole" and the "atmosphere atrocious" is beyond me. Pay no attention to this and try it for yourself I say. In comparison to the carvery at the ketch this place wins hands down. Highly recommended.

Really good food, and speedy and efficient service. Lizzie our waitress was really attentive and friendly, although I did find it odd that she took our drinks orders then gave us empty glasses to fill ourselves on the first go but it wasn't a massive issue.



The salad bar, sauces, and bread baskets were some of the best stocked I've experienced at a Harvester as well.



My only gripe is the dessert cost: £5 for a slice of cake is a bit steep. But then I still paid it I guess.

Nice atmosphere. Food faultless.

Portions really good - no one should go home hungry!

If I had to make any suggestions would be a finger dip or towelette with ribs and a serviette with the dessert

Just been chased out of the restaurant as the server said we had left with out paying, I said I don't think so that is not something I would do, so he checked my phone and saw that we had paid by the app, he was apologetic but said they are not aware sometimes if people have paid. We eat out at least 3/4 times a month and always pay on the app, so it was rather humiliating for people to see the waiter chasing us across the car park like criminals.

Breakfast I couldn’t fault. Shame they weren’t very helpful with me my find my prescription sunglasses, which are only a week old!! I know I went in there with them. Realised halfway home I’d left them in there so turned round and went back, my partner went in there twice, but nope they were “not there”

Went yesterday with my husband to use the 33% off. My meal was average at bad,the 'quarter' chicken I was served was the smallest quarter I've ever seen & it was also the fatty brown meat end of the bird which I wouldn't even feed my dog! The food & atmosphere is nothing like it used to be.

Me and my partner what to timberline harvester last night, Everything was good apart from the waitress ended up dropping all of my partners ribs from his meal not he floor however they did bring him a fresh ones within 5 mins then when paying for my date night deal which was meant to be 11.99 it turns out theres a 3 pound surcharge if you have the steak on that menu? ..... surely dont put it on if you cant sell it for 11.99

Awful, haven't been to a Harvester before and was disappointed, food was awful, myself and child didn't eat it, the only thing we did eat was bread from the salad bar. The place was dirty, table we were seen to was dirty and sticky, the menus were visibly dirty and need cleaning. There is a part of the restaurant where the wall paper is peeling away and marks on the ceiling 👎

Staff were nice, the reason for the two stars.

When we came to pay we had a voucher which was a great deal it was the only reason we came to try the place and they wouldn't accept it for no reason the terms and conditions were all good and should have accepted it , they weren't friendly about it

We like harvester but not this particular one. Yesterday was had a decent table however, there were no service from the staff. There were no fresh sald ready to get. As the main arrived we asked if they had any fresh salad. Had to ask if there was any bowls for the salad. Young girl looking confused. My main was warm but not hot by the time they had eventually brought out fresh salad. Again we had to ask if they had any fresh rolls as the baskets were empty. I ended up taking cutlery from another table. As I was late eating my main, I had the one young member of staff waiting for me to finish. I felt rushed. We then ordered pudding, waited a decent time for then the young member of staff came over and said we have no strawberries. Hand dryer in the ladies not turned on. Harvesters are usually lovely but I've never had an experience like this especially as it was my mums birthday..

Too much to report! Random staff! Salad bar empty! Ran out of specials,steaks! Had to wait over an hour and they weren't even busy, turning people away!!! Had to ask for table to be cleared! Had to ask for desert menu and then we're waiting on whether they were available to order! Apparently they were, as they were then put on the table and at this point we thought we had better ask for the bill! 3 1/2 hours later we left! And we were then charged full for Caleb when we had the children eat for £1 offer that was shown before we ordered!! On the whole poor!!

My partner and I decided to visit this newly refurbished restaurant for our evening meal, we were sat down and our order was taken, we ordered a rack of ribs and a mixed grill along with 2 refillable pepsis, our drinks were never brought to us until we asked for them once our meals had been brought out to us.



The mixed grill i received was shocking, their was no sign of the "4oz Rump Steak" it was approx 2oz and overcooked, the "half a gammon steak" was approx the same size, the sausages were burnt black and not edible and the "quarter chicken" was overcooked and too tough to eat, as for the black pudding i can only assume this was left over from breakfast, it was like eating rubber. The only thing that was acceptable on the plate was the watercress garnish, for £14.99 i expect a meal that can be eaten, the service in this restaurant was poor, we received no meal checks to see if the food was ok, only once we had finished and called for somebody was we seen to, when i mentioned the quality of the food, I was told the "chef is new" this again it totally unacceptable, no discount or refund was offered to us at all, after this experience we will not be returning to the Timberdine Harvester again to waste more money on totally unacceptable food and the poor service that is on offer.



It seems that all the budget was spent on new carpet and nothing on customer service or food quality!

My daughter and I went for lunch and opted for the rotisserie chicken and fries.the service was poor and the waitress was rude and abrupt.my daughters chicken was undercooked and had blood in it and mine was pink.we asked to see the manager to be told by the waitress that she "didn't know where he was" so I asked her to find him.the manager was rude and said that the chicken looked fine and he couldn't see the problem.he took the meals away after refusing to deduct from the bill and reapered ten minutes later saying he had "torn the chicken apart and it was bloody and under cooked".why he didn't take our word for it, I don't know but his attitude was beyond poor.the only good point was the waiter who deliverd our meals as he was friendly and nothing appeared to be any trouble. Maybe he could teach his boss a thing or too in customer service!!!!!

I ordered a takeaway - just a simple chicken burger and sweet potatoe fries ! I get home I’m soooo hungry I’ve driven all the way there to pick it up (I am also 38 weeks pregnant and food is important to me right now) .... the chicken was raw and pink �� so disappointed ��... and still hungry �
