What a great family run business, love the staff and of course the food.

This is the only chippy we will use,yeah it gets busy,but still the food is lovely and the staff always pleasant,keep up the good work everyone.

The quality of the food here is exceptional - have visited on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The varied menu offers something for everybody, whether it be the classic fish and chips (which I usually go for) or the chilli con carne, which my daughter has tried and absolutely loves. Food is always fresh and there is the option to have my fish and chips traditionally wrapped in paper or in a box, which I think is a great touch. I always travel a little further for my fish and chips as I think the quality is well worth the travel. Staff are always friendly and polite, as well as professional and I would highly recommend this fish and chip shop - thank you and keep up the good work!

Luke delivered 60 portions of specials for a Pta event and they were delicious, delivered to the door all piping hot!!

Everyone said they were delicious, well done Luke!

Been eating here for years! Love the food from this place, all the food is top quality and the chilli is amazinggg. Staff are always helpful and friendly which makes it a really good atmosphere!

A nice chippy sometimes portion chips size small the prices a bit high but the quality of the food is great and fresh so it worth the extra the place is busy long queues because people love this chippy and its very popular so it worth the wait.

��� Feeling extremely annoyed this evening & I’m sure many of your other customers probably do, who visited the chippy tonight & tried to pay with their Debit/Credit Card & we’re told there was still a 50p charge. The government clearly brought the new ruling into force on 13th January 2018, which means you cannot be penalised for choosing to pay by card, either online or in-store. The new rules, which are laid down by law, means ALL surcharges are banned. So there will be no charges for paying by debit or credit card, including American Express and linked ways of paying such as PayPal or Apple Pay. So Mr Hasbury Chippy owner STOP ripping off your customers!!!!!!!!!! The information you have told your staff ‘to say it’s an administration charge’ is categorically incorrect & you know this!!!

HASBURY CHIPPY customers if you’re thinking about paying with your Debit/Credit Card think again as the owner is unlawfully charging you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed recently. Having used the chippy for over 15 years, the last 3 meals we have had have been just awful.

Orders incorrect, I live over towards Colley Gate and refuse to come back and wait for yet another 20 minutes for the staff to get it right. And not enough pies on the hot plate cooked properly resulting in pies being cooked in the microwave to within an inch of their lives!!! There seems to be a high turnover of staff who are more concerned with chatting with each other, rather than concentrating on getting orders correct.

Have recommended this place to several people over the years and sadly, I'm now regretting that!!!

Last night had to wait over half an hour to be served. There weren’t enough people serving. The ones who were there seemed to be on a go slow and it didn’t occur to them to apologise for the wait. Very disappointing.

Please improve your customer service!
