I’ve been involved in a car accident, I’m all okay no one was injured as it was only me involved. A bit sore but will be fine in a few weeks.

I ordered three headbands for myself and two were sent with a note to say the third would be sent shortly. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive however the company responded quickly and efficiently and got a new one sent out signed for delivery and even popped in a voucher which was a very thoughtful gesture. I ordered and payed for headbands almost a month ago now. They didn’t arrive. I was told they would be sent out again by recorded (signed for) post. These also didn’t arrive. I asked for proof of postage and the tracking number. These weren’t given. I’ve asked for a refund through Paypal, days later this still hasn’t been actioned, despite having the time to advertise on fb groups. Absolutely shocking customer service.
