HARVEST STUDENT 2019 We are a progressive arable farming business of 1100 hectares of combinable crops in the West Midlands (Near Warwick) and we also run approximately 200 cattle as a finishing enterprise. Duties will include corn carting, telehandler work, bale carting, rolling and cultivations. We are looking for a gardener to work one day a week maintaining a walled vegetable garden, could include other gardening duties as well. Please get in touch if interested.
SKILLED COMBINE OPERATOR/GENERAL FARM WORKER Required for 950 hectares of combinable crops in the West Midlands, we also run approximately 200 cattle and 150 store lambs as a finishing enterprise. Crops include: Cereals, OSR and Beans. This position is available due to a long serving member of our team moving on. We are looking for a highly motivated, technology minded individual with attention to detail, excellent record keeping and good communication skills. Also, is wil...ling to work longer hours in peak periods. Main duties include operating a New Holland CR890 with GPS and yield mapping, relief spraying on Sands sprayer and general farm work. Mechanical knowledge and workshop experience is also required. Pa1, Pa2, Pa4 and Teleporter an advantage but training will be available for the right candidate.
