Part-Time vacancy - Let Property Administrator
The available position will be within our Tenant Referencing team, an integral part of Hazelton Mountford’s expanding Let Property department based in Worcester’s city centre.
The role will be to provide support to the Account Handlers who deal with referencing potential tenants prior to moving into rental properties.
... The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, an excellent telephone manner, be I.T literate and have some administration experience.
Key responsibilities
• Assisting tenants with completion of application forms where necessary. • Contacting external companies to obtain references and following up these requests by telephone or by email. • Document all findings as well as all correspondence, making clear and concise notes relating to all conversations. • General administrative tasks to include answering the telephone, organising and storing documents correctly. • Compliance with Data Protection Act and GDPR • Maintaining excellent customer service, extending this to our Clients, applicants and any external companies or individuals that are contacted. • Supporting colleagues and reacting to increased workload to prioritise tasks.
This is a part-time role across the 5-day working week (22.5 hours). Salary will meet national wage for the relevant age but will also be based on experience.
