Meals can be ordered up to a day before at the latest. Special discounts can be arranged for regular customers.

We are proud to offer an additional service, Perfect Fitness. This is a one-to-one personal training service, where a personal trainer will provide you with a one-to-one personal training session. This will complement your healthy diet meals to help you achieve your goal weight and physique.

Our personal trainers hold the right qualifications along with over 15 years of experience and can help you throughout your fitness journey to help reach your goal.
