Went to one of the Christmas Do's last night.

I can honestly say it was the best Christmas Do I have ever been on. Absolutely brilliant!!!! Food was hot, prompt and good. Entertainment was fab - from the dancing to the bucking reindeer to the dodgems. Definitely highly recommended!

We had a party for our 9 year old son today and he chose to do the grass karting and archery. He and his friends had a fantastic time, the staff are friendly and the food was brilliant. The venue is amazing for the kids parties, I would definitely recommend, thank you Stevie and the team

Not enough people write good reviews but always ready to write bad ones. I have been to HOE many times and if 1 person writes a bad review and there are 650 people being catered for in one evening well i would say that was a success. NYE party was an amazing night. The food was excellent it was not food i would normally eat but it was gorgeous so well done the chefs. The staff worked very hard to deliver the food to the table hot. to 400 people well done Danni and the team. The entertainment was excellent and everyone in the room and the marque were having fun. One last comment well done Steve and his team great night great food great entertainment and look fwd to next year.

My daughter had her party here on Sunday and it was fab. Staff were so friendly, food was great and hot and activities were so varied and the kids were never bored. Plenty of space to run around. A great package!

I had my wedding here yesterday, I can not thank the staff enough.. specially Danni who was our event co-ordinator on the day.. from the minute go she was on hand and literally went out of way to make sure everything was perfect.. she is a credit to The Heart Of England, also although all staff where brilliant special mention to waitress called Taylor.. from the night we turned up to set up and on the wedding day she could not do enough of us, many guests commented on how good she is at her job.. she went above and beyond. Thank you to all staff for making our wedding the best day �� xx

Had an absolutely wonderful evening at the Heart of England centre on Saturday. The whole evening was brilliant. We were met at the door with a drink. The singer, what a memorable voice! The entertainment “ Mr & Mrs “ was hilarious. The compare Steve, (owner) did a great job, The food delicious. Loved every minute.

Had a great night for the valentines ball..

Food was lovely singer was amazing and got everyone involved, the host Steve was fab and really made everyone laugh!

Had a fantastic Christmas party. Food entertainment games and disco were brilliant. This is our second year we have come and would definitely visit agian. Would highly recommend to all that like to party.

Fantastic night for the valentines ball. Singer was amazing and got everyone up dancing. The Mr and Mrs game hosted by Steve was hilarious � food and staff were wonderful and then a fab disco all for 17.50 absolute brilliant xx

Came to a Christmas meal last night. The whole place looked stunning! Food was delicious, entertainment was fabulous and we had a fantastic time. Well worth the money! Would definitely come back next year.

Brilliant time had by all at a Birthday by HeartKids. Everyone was kept entertained the whole time we were there! Not a dull moment! Hosts were extremely friendly and chatty and made everyone feel so welcome! Facilities were excellent would 100% recommend. Party was arranged with Stevie who was excellent in keeping everyone informed, wouldn’t hesitate to book future parties with her x

Amazing service and what a party organised by the team at Hear Of England, we can’t thank them enough for making our summer party an event to remember, best one we have had in 6 years, see you next year !!

After having a bad experience with staff a few weeks back we thought we would give it another try and it was AMAZING... Thank You so much to Julie and her team for the amazing service tonight for my birthday meal never been somewhere with that kind of service, so polite and couldn't do enough for us all, the food was fantastic as always we will definitely be coming back again.

Absolutely amazing morning here visiting Santa with my niece and nephew. All staff were really friendly and very helpful. One of the best places we have been to see Santa. Thank you

A unique and special place for an event or even just for dinner. The staff are fantastic and work extremely hard to please. It's excellent for families as well with loads of stuff for kids to do like a bounce house and a party bus.

I loved the lunch but the breakfast coffee was luke warm to start with. Good facilities. Shame I left my coat on the back of my chair in the conference hall when I left.

We have a company day today, there are only 2 people serving coffee for 350 delegates, very long queues to the coffee and toilets. As if a conference centre didn’t know how much staff is required to cater for a big conference.
