This is Carrie Henzell. The before shot was March 2017 before Carrie had a baby. The after shot was February 13th 2019, 8 months after Carrie had a baby girl. Carrie came back to Pole 3 months after having her daughter and has worked really hard to regain her strength and flexibility and you can see a massive improvement between the pictures...

Our new beginner class will be in 1 week time on Monday 25th February at 7:15pm.
We are running a promotion that your first 4 lessons are £20. (So that’s 4 weeks of lessons. We do ask for a £5 deposit to be paid beforehand to secure your place because we have limited spaces available)
each lesson after this 4 week promotion is then £9 if you pay as you go or you can save money by advance buying 4 lessons for £32 (so works out at £8 a lesson).

I was Sally-ann's first Pole Boy 2 years ago and have loved every minute of it.... ive worked up to a level where I feel confident to perform publically and I have compete in competitions and I recently won the Heart and Soul award! Sally-ann trains me very hard but we always have a laugh...

I started the beginner pole class 4 weeks ago, and I've loved it! The class runs at an appropriate pace and I've found that you make real progress after each class learning a new spin each week as part of the choreography. I go to the class by myself and I don't feel uncomfortable or judged, the atmosphere is nice and friendly. Sally and her helpers are really good and will help you out if you need it, they want you to do your best and enjoy yourself.

I joined Sally-ann and the heart and soul crew almost 3years ago and I have never looked back. This is truly the best place ever to train, relax and be yourself. Multiple abilities and styles of pole all under one roof , where you are made to feel comfortable and empowered. I had very low self esteem and did not for one second think you would ever catch me on a stage but there I was at the studio's very own show case held each year as a celebration. I have made some amazing friends who I now share my life with, the highs and the lows. Give it a go you don't know what your missing . Thank you Sally-ann xxx
