Unfortunately I've not been to salon as too far away (but hopefully visiting in November) but have used the � bee venom mask which is sensational, seriously it's a must have, last week my husband won a Hydro Cleansing milk on FB it arrived 2 day's later (very impressive) and it's wonderful I suffer a little from redness by my nose and it's virtual gone after just one week it's so soothing fabulous products, I'm converted � thank you heaven for being heavenly x

Love it am converting for sure. A professional and warm welcome with lovely refreshment. Really luxury pedicure and polish. My tired old feet looking lovely and feeling smooth and hydrated. Have rebook ed for more help with my mature skin. Taking home a luxury cleanser and the bees wax treatment. Am aware we can't turn back the clock but want to protect my skin as much as possible.

I won the Heaven Vanilla pod hand cream, two weeks ago.

I can honestly say after two weeks use my hands have never felt as soft, I suffer with very dry cuticles but not anymore, I also use every night on my feet (yes I know it is a hand cream) but my feet were very dry to so I thought why not and I love it both for my hands and for my feet. When this runs out I will definitely be buying some more. Thank you Heaven .

I went for a Mum to be massage yesterday as a valentines gift from my husband and as always had a brilliant treatment, just what I needed! I don’t get to go as often as I like but all the girls are very friendly and welcoming when I do go for a treatment. Excellent experience as always!

I just wanted to say thank you my skin is alot better just after 2 days I can see and feel the difference. Wanted to say the salon in dewsbury ENVIOUS is where leon gave me great advice and how to use the cream. I couldn't be more pleased and I truly 100% recommend the bee venom products.

I have bought the Silver Bee Venum Mask it a wonderful treatment it has made a huge difference to my skin I do think its shear Heaven., its is almost empty now must order more very soon. its a must have beauty product for me..Give it a try you will be amazed with the results

I have Just been for a derma peel at heaven with a lovely lady called Millie, I've got to say that's one of THE best ones I have had, millie was so thorough and didn't miss one millimetre of my face. My skin is super soft and glowing now and I am that happy with the result that I have booked in for more and I can't wait!

I had the bee sting facial & I have to say it has been the best facial by far Ive ever had.

So relaxing and I will definitely go back. My therapist Was very good. Thank you x

I recently won a competition on the heaven spa page for a over night stay at one of their spas with treatments and use of the facilities for two! I've just returned home (8.10.2017) from our stay it was amazing and the competition was to like and share a post for a chance to win!!! Totally loved it and the whole experience thank you heaven spa for the treat now back to mummy duties xx

Had the Bee Sting facial, it was the most amazing treatment I've ever had, pardon the pun but it was pure 'heaven' it is worth every penny & I could see & feel the difference immediately & friends have commented on this too. Love the products & have been converted. The staff were lovely & friendly yet professional & nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be visiting again, but you must try the bee sting facial, out of this world. Thank you lovely ladies for introducing me to yourselves & your wonderful products

Came in on Saturday for a surprise birthday treat - it was amazing. The staff were so friendly and professional and the products were amazing. I would definitely recommend this salon. Thank you x x

Went for a facial and massage, which were fine however a little unnerved by the fact no pretreatment assessment was done - at every other spa I've been to I've had to complete a questionnaire and sign to agree to the treatment. My skin didn't like the Beesting facial and went very red and blotchy - I looked awful after it rather than better - but that's my skin not the treatment I accept.



Most disappointing was when I booked my partner in for a Beesting facial as well on a different day. He turned up, went in for his treatment and when he came out was charged £95 instead of the £55 I expected and he found out he'd been in there over 90 mins when he'd only expected an hour and was now late to get back to work. As he'd never been to the spa before he had no idea what to expect and what should have been done.



Phoned to complain that it seemed the wrong treatment was done and he was overcharged from what I had booked, promised they'd look into it and call me back. That was 2 weeks ago.



Doesn't strike me as a professional spa at all, which is a shame as I was expecting good things.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as Joanna when wanting to purchase a voucher - then it wasn't received (and still hasn't been) - i.e. I left four messages and no-one called me back. I was advised they were very busy. I rang on four separate days to chase up. Disappointing customer service. I had a treatment a while ago and the therapist was very good but the business is only as good as the customer service I am afraid. I have since been refunded but all handled quite poorly.
