Went yesterday with a couple of friends for drinks and a few games of bowling, after reading certain reviews wasn't expecting much but it was lovely! Wonderfully decorated venue with a real American vibe about it, reviews about the cleanliness being bad weren't applicable at all, very well kept and clean (toilets could've done with some redecorating but that's just personal taste). Plenty to do with an arcade, pool tables, mini golf and bowling all in one place and really reasonably priced. All in all very enjoyable and would deffinently go back. Only down side was one member of staff (girl with brown hair wearing dungarees) was completely uninterested, sat down chewing gum or on her phone with a face like a slapped ass, like she'd forgotten she was being paid to be there and do a job. All the other staff however were wonderful, really helpful and cheery. Overall, would certainly reccomend!

Came this morning for the first time in quite a while. Staff were friendly, helpful, and I thought it was really reasonable to. 8 of us bowled, children loved it, decided to stop for lunch to, which was fab and pretty quick . Great morning had, we will definitely be making it a more regular thing x

Been for several months now with my student daughter and special needs son always been charged for a student, disabled and same price for myself as a career but yesterday I was told no concession for me I did tell them always been a reduced rate was told It shouldn't of been, But she did let me. And that her colleagues were wrong. What is the price for the 3 of us for 2 games. Always paid around the £16.

Staff are run ragged,trying to do everything but achieving nothing.. feel sorry for them.. we had a free hour due to a mess up in a staff booking ... I don't think it warrants the asking price,the game you make yourself but the setting is dated,dirty,the place has a smell that hits you when you walk in which is such ashame,Hereford needs more attractions .

It's okay but in desperate need of a good clean and updating and refurbishment. Can't wear the bowling shoes as they've really seen better days so it was suggested we wear our own shoes. Which is fine if they're suitable of course. All that said, we had fun bowling, which is what we went for at the end of the day.

Desperately in need of a refurbishment. Everything is old and tired. Shoes are so bad they now let you wear your own and the bowls are often damaged and cracked - I really hurt my thumb as the inside of the hole was all split and cracked. Come on MFA make an effort , Hereford really needs a value for money good night out.

Brought my son today for bowling & mini golf. The bowling is fine but how on earth you can even think about charging for that mini golf is beyond me! It's in a shocking state of disrepair & id go so far as to say it could be dangerous for young kids or less able bodied people. Seriously needs sorting out

Went for a friends daughters 6th birthday. My friend phoned in advance and said there would be about 15 people could we all eat, we were told yes no problem. Ordered our food and it took nearly an hour to arrive (nuggets and chips/burgers). They said it may take a little longer so it would all come at once, we certainly didn't expect an hour! And then when it did arrive it was in dribs and drabs over a period of nearly 20 mins. Sadly the food wasn't even worth the wait. It made for very tired and hungry kids and frustrated adults. Unhelpful staff that didn't really seem to know what was going on. Certainly wont be back soon to eat if at all.

Not impressed serious lack of investment in facilities and equipment. Moved away from Hereford 10 years ago. Nothing has changed in that time. Lucky we had good company to make it worthwhile.

It's such a shame this place used to be fanatic growing up and used to love going. But after my visit today I certainly won't be going back, unless they have a dramatic change. The toilets are all broken, ceiling is falling apart, taps almost coming off. The floors tables and even the menus are seriously sticky. Food menu is shocking, you don't get chips with your burger but if you do it as a meal deal with bowling you get chips. Staff are polite and friendly only positive about it. Overpriced for an hour bowling considering the state of the place. What a shame!!!

It's a real shame how grotty this place has become! It's the only bowling alley in Hereford and should be drawing in a good crowd. Nothing seems clean, carpet is thread bare and the drinks are expensive.

I have been here twice now in 3 weeks and been disappointed every time the staff are rude and don't really help we booked a family ticket and when we got there were told we had to pay online which wasn't stated when booking the chap was very un helpful and said we had to book on line or couldn't play! Even tho there was only us and another 3 people in there he wanted us to go outside and book and pay on line which made no difference at all still cost the same money etc anyway we explained that we was there now and didn't have any phone internet so after about 10 mins he put it through for us but I don't think we will be in a rush to go again to be honest

Disappointing. No ramps for disabled, when asking about this to a member of staff, he replied old building and would be able to open side door. Not good as everywhere inside have different levels all with steps. Where's the health and safety, if fire in building no easy exit!!

Computer wouldn't work properly to put names in, the computer screen looked like it could also do with being replaced (the screen was green and it was really hard to see clearly), the pin machine kept breaking down and the call button didn't work on the computer so had to keep going to reception to ask them to sort it. There is a poor selection of bowling balls and to be honest the whole bowling area and arcade could do with a complete refurbishment. Wouldn't rush back there and wouldn't recommend

decided to book the burger and bowl for my sons birthday treat from the booking online it was a total disaster they decided to take out two payments and it was only under Hereford on our statement but at the same time, so when we went to complain about that they wasn't any help was told the boss wasn't around conveniently till the weekend and they are not giving us head office number just gave an email so we emailed NO RESPONSE!!!! conveniently again so lost the money.

once we actually got there for the evening and I can assure you we was not looking forward to it but clearly had excited children,

we decided to order food along side the children and they messed the orders up food took over an hour to cook then went back and forth to the kitchen for the best part of 20mins when we actually sat down to eat it was stone cold chips was stale meat was really hard to chew and the side salad was dirty and clearly passed sell by date by the looks. toilets was disgusting the whole place needs a real bad refurbishment, no one gave a crap down there about our situation and we could see them all sniggering and laughing at us once we walked away. NOT HAPPY

Went last night had to wait a while for food and the place definitely needs some work doing to it. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The crazy golf needs tydying up,even a sweep would make it better,snooker table downstairs could do with a new cover,balls with massive chips in them,toilets smelly and looks like they could do with a good clean,and people allowed to bowl with there own shoes that's not right surely,not great it's a shame

Not been for few months here and don t want to go back . Toilets are disgusting dirty ,grubby needs a good bleaching . The place so run down . Was thinking taking kids in holiday but think I give it a miss .Had drink glass was thilthy and it was for my son so had take back and they just tipped it into another glass not give me fresh drink . Think place needs shutting down and re vamped

Fuzzy screen, dirty toilets, no ice on sweltering day, threadbare carpets and pin machine needs servicing. Mega investment needed. Avoid if possible
