It is sunnah to eat dates with water. Months would go by without the Prophet's household lighting a fire to cook food. It was not because they couldn't afford to cook food, but they preferred to give their money in charity and eat dates with water instead. Eating dates and drinking cold water is very delicious and nutritious. Maa shaa' Allaah.

DRINK A BLEND OF MILK AND HONEY
A blend of milk and honey is beneficial for the digestive system and clearing toxins from the body. It is also beneficial for skin, hair, and bones. It is beneficial against signs of aging, insomnia, constipation, and flatulence. Drinking a glass of milk and honey in the morning helps in boosting stamina, in shaa' Allaah.

A good hot beverage to drink is bone broth. It is beneficial against "leaky gut" and joint problems. It is also beneficial for healthy skin, hair, and nails; improving sleep and memory; strengthening bones; and boosting the immune system and energy levels, in shaa' Allaah. (Islamic medicine)

Prophet Sulaymaan, ^alayhis-salaam, miraculously acquired his knowledge of plants as they grew in front of him. When he stood to pray, a plant would come up from the ground in his place of prayer. After praying, Prophet Sulaymaan would ask the plant, "What are your benefits?" And the plant would answer, "For such-and-such." And then, depending on their answers, if it was suitable to cultivate them, cuttings from them would be replanted. And if one contained a remedy, then he would make a record of it.

Eating little is a praised matter in the Religion:
It is related that the Prophet, Sallaallahu ^alayhi wa sallam, was asked which person is among the best of the people, and he, Sallallaahu ^alayhi wa sallam, said what means: He whose food and laughing is little.
The wise waliyy Luqmaan, may Allaah raise his rank, said to his son: O son- do not fill your stomach after you already have filled it, it's better for you to throw the food to the dog than to eat it. It means that so...me people, after they're full, they refill their stomach. Such is physically unhealthy and also it is not good spiritually.
Rasulullaah, Sallallaahu ^alayhi wa sallam, said which means: The human has not filled a container worse than his stomach. It is enough for the human to have small bites, means up to 9 bites for example or 10 bites, small bites, that keep his back straight. If he wants more, he cannot avoid it, then let him do it this way: Let him split his stomach in 3 parts. 1/3 for food, 1/3 for drink and 1/3 for breathing. (Narrated by Ahmad, At-Tirmidhiyy, an-Nasa’iyy)
One of the famous Arab doctors, named Al-Haarith Ibnul Qaladaa said: Refraining from eating is the head of the medicine and filling the stomach, stuffing it, is the head of the illness.
It's also said that the stomach is the house of the disease and refraining from eating is the head of the medicine or the treatment. (By Islamic medicine )

This is my favourite apple cider vinegar. One can have two tea spoons with a glass water. It has been mentioned that this drink has many health benefits. Some of the benefits include: detoxification of the liver, relief from bloating and other gastro intestinal problems!
