We had a lovely stay, the staff were excellent and went out of their way for us.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The food was wonderful.

We had a good stay first time with the dog prefered to be on the ground floor but the dog was very happy to the 3rd the breakfast was to die for...really nice staff..

We attended the APIRA drag racing awards presentation and dinner dance on the 4th of March 2017. There were well over 100 guests there, but it ran very smoothly. The waiting staff were really quick, efficient and cheerful, much praise for all of you.The food was well-presented, delicious, hot, and served on hot plates, you should be very proud of your kitchen staff.

Breakfast here is brilliant; buffet style, with such a huge choice that nobody could possibly leave here hungry.

Clean and comfortable rooms, nicely laid out and without that cramped feeling that hotel rooms sometimes have.

Bar prices aren't the cheapest, but hey, it's a hotel so not really unexpected.

My only niggle was that the disco had to finish at midnight. It would be nice if the music could continue until 12:30 or 1am.

We arrived at the hotel and went for afternoon tea the staff were brilliant they looked after us and served the tea, The tea was top drawer a nice selection of sandwiches with hot scones jam and clotted cream and a selection of cakes and tarts washed down with copious amounts of tea.

This is not to be missed the staff were attentive and made you feel special, the food was excellent and well presented.

Warm, welcoming friendly staff on arrival. Comfortable room with all the little extra's which was appreciated. We had an excellent meal in the bar with a complimentary glass of wine. The bar staff that were on duty could not be more helpful & had a great sense of humour,

Stayed last night on a bed,breakfast and evening meal package. As it was my birthday, we were given a free upgrade and a lovely bottle of sparkling wine with some gorgeous fresh fruit. Everyone of your staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was among the best we have ever had and the buffet evening meal was very good. Will definitely recommend The Hilton to our friends and will be back for another stay! Thank you again

Stayed here for one night in the clubman room lots of lovely extra touches. Our two year old loved the chocolate on his pillow.

The staff are a credit to hotel so friendly one lovely lady in the restaurant called Andrea was lovely with our two year old son.

Nothing is too much trouble.

Oh my goodness what an amazing hotel so welcoming such good value for money. All the staff are wonderful, genuinely caring. Big shout out to our breakfast chef Carl. He was fantastic with us especially my u year old he couldn't do enough for us. Same with the waffle making guy (don't know name sorry) he was fab with my son. Another big mention to the blonde waitress who took our order at the bar she was so helpful full of knowledge. Very happy experience. Defiantly be back again xxxxxx

I stayed here last night with my partner and loved the hotel the staff were all friendly and a great help advising on transport etc the room was so clean and the bed was very comfy the bathroom was very nice but the best bit was the buffet breakfast the food was lovely and you could have as much as you want the only thing I'd say that I wouldn't rate a 5 would be the price of the drinks in the bar my fella had a pint I had a dissarono and coke and it cost over 13 pound but overall a nice day and night

I live in Portsmouth and my mother and aunt travelled down last night to visit from glasgow.

Now, my mum doesn't really know how to use sat nav and prefers traditional maps or verbal directions. She has done the journey before but always gets lost somewhere. This time, she got lost and stopped into Hilton to ask directions. Waldo and Morris (I'm guessing night porters as it was early hours) helped them, printed a map out and showed such lovely courtesy and gave them tea and coffee before letting them leave.

I wanted to publicly write this as I believe any kind of decent humanity deserves recognition.

They could have gave directions and sent them on their way, or even said they didn't know at all, but to allow them to sit down, rest a bit, calm down, take their time and have some needed caffeine before hitting the road again was indeed kind.

Thank you Waldo and Morris. They arrived at me at 7.30am safe and well.

Have stayed at this hotel twice and each time we have received fantastic service from all of the staff....a special mention for the bar staff who made our afternoon drinks with friends thoroughly enjoyable! Highly recommend the hotel for excellent service, good value, fantastic food and great staff.

Always made to feel very special at the Hilton Warwick. Food and customer service is fantastic.. Our Deluxe room was comfortable as always with everything we required for a lovely stay.. See you next year team, we loved it.

Staff customer service skills are top quality. Hotel beds comfy. No phone signal on o2 in the hotel though unless you stand at the front door. No free Wi-fi in rooms unless you are a Hilton honors ? gold member. Food great

. Minimal road noise from the motorway even with the window open . Lifts small I took the stairs. Staff all friendly except the one that checked us in 🙄

The Hotel is shabby and tired, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a complimentary upgrade which was lovely (used our Tesco vouchers so room was free )however ,bed is rather small..room decorated in a 90's style so I would say it's dated.Lots of black gunk around tap and overflow in bathroom which looked grubby. On the plus side The fluffy robes were a nice touch and breakfast was delicious .Lots of choice and excellent quality .The staff at breakfast were professional and polite .I would rate this a 3 star as I've stayed in some far nicer b and b s ..The hotel rooms need bringing into the 21st century .

Large room but very noisy, intermittent loud buzzing all night, plus air con units full pelt outside window - not what you expect from a top class club room. 2 milks, 2 small biscuits 😕2 teabags! Overcharged on our bill. Had to complain to get it corrected- no explanation about why it was wrong. Shame, hotel could be a gem but this & some other things that need tweaking let it down. Mentioned lack of sleep at checkout but just not bothered - said we should have called down and moved in the middle of the night. At least at Premier Inn if you’re not refreshed you get a refund! Not sure if we would stay again. Remained tired for rest of day & even got pulled by police as they said the driver looked glassy eyed! At this point we decided to cut our visit short and return home.
