HITZone Shrewsbury is the proud sister studio to HITZone Telford.

The HITZone is a studio based around heart rate monitored, high intensity, small group PT led workouts using two revolutionary and unique HIT Machines (they can be seen here www. hitmachine. co. uk) and a small amount of light studio equipment. The machines are low impact and respond to the users force with varying levels of resistance therefore leading to less muscle pain the next day.

We are very different to a traditional gym and are suitable for beginners through to experienced exercisers. What we all have in common is a desire to get fitter, get into shape and in most cases lose some weight. Most of our members have found traditional gyms to be intimidating and unsuitable and as result they did not reach their weight or fitness goals. Our unique approach and equipment allows people of varying levels of fitness to train together in a fun, friendly and inspiring environment.
