What a wonderful place Hole In The Wall curtains is! the actual building itself is incredibly impressive, but I have to say to the owner what a wonderful business it is and how well trained the staff are! the staff were incredibly helpful and helped both me and my friends to source all of the material we needed for our next project. It's very rare I write a review of a business on here, but I felt I must to urge anyone looking for fabrics, curtains, interior materials to venture here! I give Hole In The Wall Curtains a GREAT BIG 5 STARS!!!! I shall be back!

Went in with a vague idea of what I wanted to make, showed some pictures, did some chatting, came out with the perfect materials for what I needed, even more ideas and a lighter Wallet!! So helpful ÔøΩÔøΩ

The Staff are always so welcoming and helpful with any request. The fabric is always top quality and i'm always able to find what i need or get helpful tips and information. Always the first place i visit when i start making anything craft based.

Me and my daughter went to look at jumpsuit patterns and army pattern material the girl was so helpful and friendly I worked in retail and these staff are very good at custmor serve .also I told her new to this and she told be about the course they do .

I went to HitW today for the first time and it won't be my last , I've just started sewing so as an absolute beginner I needed loads of help and guidance and I got it in bucket loads in this shop. The staff were an absolute delight and so friendly and helpful. Thank you for making a potentially daunting experience an absolute pleasure.

I buy all of my fabric and accessories from Hole in the Wall! Lovely selection, good prices and the staff are more than helpful! Very knowledgable too. Feel very comfortable shopping for supplies and asking staff any questions as a beginner.

Browns upholstery would like to say a huge thank you to Vanessa who may well of just saved our skin . We have looked everywhere for blue fringe and this is the only place we have been able to find what we were looking for . Thank you we will definitely be visiting your shop in the future.

A wide range of material to choose from, the staff spent time helping me decide on the right material to go with my chairs I paint. Brilliant price too plus NUS discount. Would return again.

A few weeks ago my mother accidentally dropped her purse outside the shop, and the ladies were lovely enough to run around the streets in search for us. Very, very grateful! Lovely staff.

A Great choice of fabrics and trims. Will certainly be returning ÔøΩÔøΩ

** do not visit here unless you want to deal with rude staff who have absolutely no customer service skills.

Pay for a sample of fabric ( which everywhere else gives out free ) to not be given a true sample but a small scrap which contained none of the pattern or colours. When I asked for an 1/2 inch square more I was told " buy 1/4 of a meter or don't have anything"

When I asked if they want my business they were so rude and said to go elsewhere. This was after pricing a £650 pair of curtains. Had to fight and argue to be given a scrap from the scrap pile.

Never again....plenty of businesses else where that value their customers.

Although the ladies there were very welcoming and helpful, I was very disappointed with the response from the manager when I queried the extortionate bill. I paid £181+ for two small drapes (which weren't pressed beforehand so they are wrinkled)to be added to an already poled curtain frame. Poor communication between the fitter and the business resulted in me paying over the odds, (and I was implicated in the blame!) What happened to customer satisfaction?
