Hollybush Miniature Railway And Play Area open every day for the next 7 weeks

We had a lovely afternoon with the little one at Hollybush miniature railway and park. The children's entertainer (a magician ) was brilliant and the food was lovely. Finished off with a ride on the train. Will definitely be returning soon. Big thanks to all the staff and of course our dear friend Bill.

My kids love it here!! Its a nice day out at a reasonable price. Espeshially now they have the food hut. The staff are friendly too. And its really clean.

Kids loved it cheap day out for families with kids even like the train rides adults aswell

Just want to say how lovely the young girl bonnie and the young lad who work at the park with the bouncing castles fantastic with the children

I paid a visit to the miniature railway with the school that I work with. It was wonderful! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and couldn't do enough for the children. Myself and my colleagues were very Impressed with the train ride and is definitely good value for money. We will be booking a return visit. Well done guys! ��

I enjoyed it so did my grandson and daughter the train � was good

Had a nice visit yesterday Finley had a lovely time in the garden centre andhe loved the train ride .

We didn't buy food but the children's menu was very reasonable

Had a lovely visit again at the Hollybush Miniture Railway and Garden centre. Lots of beautiful Christmas decorations to see, few treats purchased and a beautiful breakfast to end the visit. Will definitely be making future visits xxxx

Brilliant place, reasonable prices too, daughter wanted us all there for birthday so all four of my grandchildren could play etc and we could relax

Been today to play area with our 3year old granddaughter took a picnic found it a lovely little area prices where reasonable and train ride was great vaule for money will certainly go back again

Really enjoyed our few hours yesterday. Our son enjoyed going around the lake on the pond. We all had lunch and ice cream. Will definitely pop back another weekend �

We went today and was very disappointed. Paid £1.50 each for 2 2 year olds to go on the inflatable slide. I had to go on with the obviously but it was that wet and slippery on the way up the steps i slide all the way down with the little one in my arms. My daughter couldn’t even get up the steps due to them been so wet and slippy. My friend had to come help my daughter and she also slid down into all the wet. The young lad just sat there watching. my god son managed one slide and we decided it was too dangerous for him to go again. We did go on the bouncy castle straight after as we had paid for the slide but we were so wet and uncomfortable by then that the children just cried and we came straight off. All our socks and trousers had to be changed. No refund was offered or apology. We could of at least been told how bad it was and we wouldn’t of wasted £3 then.

Took my little boy today as much as he enjoyed it he kept askin why the train driver kept stopping to talk to everyone and take money from those fishin ' for the 2 of us it was £5.50 which is abit mega when youve stopped at every single fishin post ', wont be rushing back any time soon

Took my just gone 3 year old son and 8 month old baby here in Summer 2016. My 3 year old was happily playing on the inflatable slide and I was sitting with the baby and friends on the picnic tables approximately 3 foot away. The operator of the slide announces its being turned off as my son comes down the slide and runs to get back on. Seeing this i get up and run over by; which took less than 20 seconds. By which point he is on the inflatable as it is already deflating and the operator is dragging him off. Needless to say my son was distraught, as was I. And angry.



This could have been a serious accident. There needs to be a policy in place to ensure the equipment is clear of all children before it is switched off and an attendant certainly should not be dragging any child off. My son complained his ankles hurt where he was grabbed however there were no marks. Had there been I would have been contacting Police to report the incident. I did complain as i simply wanted reassurance there was to be a policy in place in future to prevent such incidents however was never contacted.



This is less than 5 minutes from my house and perfect for my children but after this I won't be putting my child at risk by going again.
