4 employees of national estate agency franchise HomeXperts will cycle from London to Paris in September 2018. They are hoping to raise over £5,000 for LeukemiaCARE and St. Pauls Hostel.
The 4 will undertake a mammoth task for the well deserved charities. With 2 of the team not owning bikes before accepting the challenge, they face months of training to get up to s...cratch.

Brilliant company

I have been very happy with the help, advice and service offered by the HomeXpert agent in Worksop, Mandy Parker. I found her very personable and persistent in providing the service I needed..

I used the branch of HomeXperts in Worcester as a tenant. I am realy dissapointed from the service that the agent there provided for me and for my housemates. Jason Barnett is his name.

He was completely unrelyable trough out the year, every problem that we forwarded toward him took too loong to fix, so much so, that we had to directly speak with the landlords at one point.

When our contract ended we were sent a cost report, with a ridiculous cleaning cost bill, despite the fact that the house was spotless when we left.

It turned out there was a mistake with the cleaning bill, and he reduced some of the costs.

However, despite the fact that we have all agreed with the deposit conditions, for the past three months he hasnt returned anything to us. Furthermore he wasnt answering his phone and avoided us.

Since yesterday when I sent him an email beacause there was some missunderstanding about the money I need to pay. I told him how disapointed I am from the service he has provided me with, and his responce was beyond rude.

I do not know what type of business you are running, but if that is the standard of the service you offer, I am really disapointed.

Because at the ennd of the day that is what you rely on, the quality of the service you provide isn't it?

Clearly the HomeXperts branch in Worcester does not understand that.
