Really enjoyed my first experience of this , I came out feeling relaxed and energised, I can imagine now what it would be like abroad doing this in the heat. Brilliant ... So energising it's hot, but it's not unbearable. Ruth is lovely so warm and friendly the whole place has a lovely atmosphere and the work out is amazing .. Give it a go you won't be disappointed
