We take the care of our runners really seriously so it’s our pleasure to let you know we’ve spent most of the month renewing our Emergency procedures.
Training completed, exams passed, first aid kits restocked and additional items added to, EMT bag upgrade and we are very pleased to let you now that a Defibrillator Heart Restarter will now be at all of our events going forward :))
Now let’s hope we don’t need any of it !!

Just seen the weather forecast for the 1st race of the year 🤔 Think next weekends Holly Challenge could be a cold / white one... Wouldn’t be the first time we had snow on the route...

OK Ladies and Gents a week later than promised our take-the-pee fundraiser is now live!
The Divorce Day Marathon will take place on the 22nd June and will take place on our new route starting in Coalport Telford.
Start the race married (tied) to a partner and run half the race together before you "separate" after your first lap and go your own separate ways... who will come back first? )
... We are hoping to pick two people randomly and give them a nice "raceday" divorce settlement - more details on the entry page.
Whilst this is being held as a fun day, we are hosting this for a very serious reason - we are hoping to get as many folk to run as possible so we can divert money into purchasing a new AED Defibrillator for the safety of our runners which can also hopefully be used at other local community events.

Come and join us on this 50K ultra from one end of Telford to the other and back again. There is also a half marathon option n this route. 8 hour cut off.

Come and join us in Church Stretton, Shropshire for a trail run taking in the beautiful hills of the Long Mynd. Choice of full or half marathon. 7 hour cut off
