What a fantastic shop! The staff are so helpful and friendly. I am always amazed at the selection too. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Visited several Clarkes shoe shops in the area and he has has full on the floor melt downs , but today with a little bit of grumpiness to start with and a couple of balloons to help we sat happily having our feet measured , much to my and his Nannas amazement xx thank you so much . Just excellent service and really good with children

Visited to get our son his first pair of proper shoes and all staff were great really patient and helpful despite it being a busy Saturday

The staff here are amazing nothing is ever to much trouble. I bought my daughter new shoes and they rubbed her and due to her sensory issues trying on new shoes is difficult. They helped us to find new shoes that that fitted my daughters many needs. They always make my daughter feel at ease and are very understanding. I cant thank them enough for their help in making a dreaded trip shoe shopping more than bareable.

Left it to the very last minute today to get shoes for going back to school but I have to say your staff made it a totally stress free experience. The young man that served us was brilliant with my two. Have never had anything but top quality service from your store.

I used to go to Humphries when I was younger and always remember how good it was. I have two young children and the service has never changed from the days I used to go. We went to a clarks in Merry Hill and the service was very poor. I like that they double check every time with my children's feet which provides me with further confidence. I would highly recommend.

I have been coming here for years and i mean years. Wouldnt go anywhere else !! Both children had first shoes from here and i probably did too !! Staff are fab. Always friendly and chatty. (Alcester shop is my local )

I bought my sons first pair of shoes at this shop 35 years ago. The service and staff was top notch then. I bought my grandaughters school shoes here in August 2015 and it felt so strange as it was like déjà vu because the service and staff were still top notch! Humphries has been a part of the life and soul of Redditch for all of these years. I live in Australia now but ALWAYS visit my favourite shoe shop whenever I come back to the UK ☺️

Got my little girls first pair of shoes yesterday from Humphries and had the best service! So much choice of beautiful shoes and all the staff were so lovely!
