Went on Thursday and very impressed with the introduction of waitress service who were very pleasant and helpful . The food was excellent and cooked steaks as requested love the new menu. Steak on a pie is a must to try but need to be hungry.

Went for lunch with my son and daughter , lovely food , quick friendly service , warm welcoming place , our favourite place to eat when we’re in town ..

Super fast service, probably one of the best chick n mix I’ve ever had.... loved the table service “ never had this in any of the hungry horses I’ve been too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Defo be going back again.

Love it here and so do the children, friendly staff always happy to help, great service and the food is amazing. Great size portions. 1 of my kids is a fussy eater but the hungry horse has such a large menu and kids menu choice theres always something on there she DOES like. Clean and tidy 100% recommended.

Just had a very nice meal and because it was mothers day and we booked a table myself and my 2 daughters (who are all so mothers) had a free glass of prosecco and a free desert. Well done to all the staff on what was a very busy day. I will be visiting again soon

I won a gift card for here. I usually visit a more local to me hungry horse and so I had never been here before. Every single member of staff we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. Our meals were lovely. We will most certainly visit here again. Really good and highy recommended

Have been here a few times now, and have been surprised at the service and standards of food each time we have been here, nothing is too much for the waitress/waiter. We were pleasantly surprised at having table service but it is a massive bonus as we have children with us and can be a pain!

It’s now our favourite place to enjoy a family meal at the end of the week as of yet our children haven’t complained once � thank you for making our experience a good one for once in a pub environment.

Had a lovely meal at the Hungry Horse Walsall on Saturday. Food was yummy. Had the fish an chips. Staff were very friendly an supper efficient. Thought we'd have to wait as it was packed, but we were taken to our seats straight away. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Excellent value great for family get together have been two or three times went for lunch with a friend very good would recommend. The only criticism was the price of drinks but food every reasonable

Come here very often with friends atleast twice a month, food is great, atmosphere warm and welcoming, we always get waited on by the same lad, always polite, smiling can’t do enough for us when we’re there, not sure of his name, always come back and will continue to do so �

visited on New years day, lovely food but one of us had the all day breakfast that was not very hot. Music is too loud not all of us sit looking at a mobile phone or have children on I pads! some of us like to have a conversation.

Had a lovely meal with friends last night at the waterfront, food was lovely and the service was great had a lovely lady called Emma really friendly made us feel very welcome would definitely go here again

Usually I love it here hence why I tried to book a table for my sons 21st.. but I was refused as I had 14 guests instead of their maximum number you can book which is 12. Very disappointed as I always eat here. �

I had a reservation for 145pm was informed my party needed to vacate our table at 315pm. our order didn't arrive until 245pm and I felt rushed by staff to vacate the table

We were looking for breakfast we weren’t sure it was open as nobody inside the barmaid said you can sit anywhere first impression was it was incredibly clean & tidy . I ordered full English & toast husband had steak egg & chips daughter bacon sandwich son chicken burger & chips . It arrived mine look nothing like picture mushrooms & beans were cold ! Husbands steak was tough as old boots & rare not medium & blood ran everywhere & soaked the chips . Kids food was ok ish.

The waterfront has always been our go to for meals out. Haven't been in a few months and went for my birthday only to find menu has changed not only that the quality just isn't there anymore. We had to send meals back twice as inedible and took ages to bring fresh food out by that time none of us wanted anymore. Thought it was just one of those days as staff were seriously miserable so left it a few days and returned.. again food was awful and had to return it chicken was rubber and couldn't even be cut with a steak knife it took over 25 minutes for a replacement meal. will not be returning again which is a shame as it was a lovely place when first opened but standards are no longer there . 4 out of 5 staff had long faces on them and no longer cheery and helpful to the public ... Sorry waterfront you need to sort this out as heard alot of people saying your standards aren't there anymore ..

they only comment on people that give them a good review my experience of breakfast was disgusting and I know what I'm on about I'm a headcook myself you need to follow up on this either your cook is at fault or you as a company

What a disappointment... not only have they changed the menu but the standard of food has seriously slipped .. i had tasteless frozen garbage.. I mean watery frozen chicken with a teaspoon of bbq sauce with around the same amount of cheese and I failed to find the bacon, a friend had the chicken steak which was like rubber couldn't even cut it, although they brought out a replacement 25mins later (which by then was unwanted)!! its such a shame as it was the place for good food.

The staff could do with a "happy" implant .. what a miserable bunch of "can't be bothered" staff ...

Won't be going back anytime soon.
