Walked in without a booking saw the new sign and sat down, picked our food and went to the bar to order. Food arrived very quickly and was cooked perfectly. No complaints keep up the good work

Excellent food,good choice on menu,really good value & super service from friendly staff.Also impressed with how quickly messy tables were cleared.Definitely will be returning.

Cheap pub grub. Great portions. Great staff and great service. Little touches make a big difference, first place in Telford where we found that they let children's food cool and don't preheat children's plates.

Came for breakfast it was fabulous just what i needed to start my day

We turned up asking for a table for ten at short notice on a bank holiday. The staff were very welcoming and sorted it out even though it was manic in side. Well worth a visit foods ok and cheap enough with a huge menu to choose from.

The food was lovely..especially the chicken Skewers which were delicious .. husband had mixed grill which was big and cooked well apart from the chicken which had dried out..child's meal of diy wraps was ok unfortunately chicken was also dry

Had to wait for desserts but the staff apologised and gave extra ice cream

Staff were very polite,knowledge and friendly... will definitely return �

We arrived for a family meal, as my youngest daughter was celebrating her birthday!

We all ordered our meals and sat down. Even though the pub seemed busy, we didn't have to wait too long and the food arrived, which looked and tasted great. However my son ordered the large mixed grill and asked for medium/well done. When he cut into the steak it was pink inside. We notified the waitress (Lucy), who apologised profusely. But this sort of put him off finishing his meal.

We continued to order desserts, which were again very nice.

Overall the experience was good, apart from the cooking of the steak.

Sadly this visit was disappointing for my daughter and myself, we have eaten here a few times before and been very happy but sadly not today, both had the chicken skewers and they were just about warm when we received them, I did mention to staff but it went on deaf ears, £20 wasted as very little eaten �

I normally go for breakfast here around 10sh, this morning got there to find doors were still shut no sign to say new opening times, which is 11 now. Waited around an hr for them to open to find out that beakfast times and prices have changed also, but not changed it on food menu. These changes where made last wk so why have these not been sorted yet? still think should of only paid price that was shown on menu... not new price which was £2 more... bad advertising if you ask me. Web site now says 11th after complaining this morning.

Whilst the food was served quickly and was tasty... my stepson went to eat his burger and said the bun was ‘blue’ ... the bun was completely mouldy! The manager gave him a free dessert, but to be honest it’s put me off completely. I think kitchen staff should be retrained in stock dates and checks!

Went here for dinner tonight with my partner. We both had the same. Full rack of ribs.. the meat was too chewy and full of fat. Made me heave chewing on it! When asked if everything was okay with our meal we explained this and they wouldn’t refund us or change the meal so basically payed £40 and left starving!

Walked in yesterday with my 3 children, waited to be seated, then was shown our table sat down got comfortable drinks ordered, them a different member off staff came over and asked me to remove my cap has they not allowed �, sorry no so we left, but if only the first member off staff who seated us should of said this in the first place, not a good experience won’t be going back again, !!

The staff there are really not friendly and were not helpful. No crayons for the children customer service needs looking at

The first time I came here it was lovely, a gentleman took me, my partner and her disabled mother to a table and asked us if where we were seated was OK. Then shortly.after a young woman took our orders. Food was good. But the second time was very bad.



Yesterday me and my partner planned to have dinner here, we waited near the door and no one took us to a table this time instead there was a sign saying "please help yourself to a table" - so that's what we did. We got our own table, seated ourselves down and looked at the menus and decided what we wanted. Two members of staff were walking around at the time including passed us waiting to be served. Not one of them acknowledged us. We waited about 20 minutes before getting up, walking out and going elsewhere. Bad customer service.

Normally enjoy having food n drinks in here but today verbally abused by a customer with my 9 yrs old for not knowing his God! Staff then say they carnt do anything as he is unstable but being served alcohol. Young lady went to get manager but she came back to tell us it's discrimination if they ask him to leave and it's okay he is going anyway! Seriously need to review this but it's okay we will leave!

Having been annual visitors for the last 4yrs, last night was terrible.

Had to remove my cap, only 3 tills taking orders, long waits for rounds and to order food, not enough cutlery, no napkins or sauces, draughty seating location.

Food portions were tiny compared to previous visits, steaks came out far too quick to have been cooked to order & hadn’t been rested so ended with a plate full of blood �

Half the table had almost finished mains before the rest of the orders cane out.

Wont be back!

Frozen sprouts frozen potatoes frozen everything turkey was very dry .for a Christmas meal and the price you have to pay it was disgusting.its not the staffs fault it goes higher than that the ones that are sitting in there big houses on your money they have of you we spent nearly 300 pounds so I'm sure they won't be sitting down eating frozen food it will be fresh greens home roasted potatoes.all so no Christmas music no one asking us is every thing ok disgrace never again

Disappointed with the service tonight. Tried to order 2 pitchers of cocktails. The sullen girl at the bar said 'We're not serving pitchers'. When I queried why the menu was still out I got a clipped reply of 'no ice!'. I ordered 2 single drinks which we left half drunk as they were not very nice. The large amount of flys buzzing around was off putting also. Not the most welcome I've been made to feel �

Came here yesterday for the "Big Plate Sunday Roast", paid the extra £2 for the larger plate and was frankly very disappointed. Some of the vegetables were missing, with no alternative offered until we pointed out the gaps in the plate, then we had a carrot-fest. The roast potatoes tasted like they had come out of a dirty deep fat fryer and the portion of beef varied considerably between plates on our table. Will not be returning here for a while, back to the local carvery for us!
