Good day for the boys today Rhys first fight and Rowan had two fights. Rhys got 2nd in his fight. Rowan got 2nd in his fight with a 9 year old and 2nd in his second fight. You did us proud today, well done. 🥊

Rhys and Rowan are all checked in and waiting for their light contact ring fight.

As of Tuesday 2nd April HKB will be running 2 classes 🥊
Kickboxing will be as usual at Littleton Green School in Huntington (if you intend to do gradings you need to attend this technical class) run by Shaun Preece 🥊
Boxing will be at the gym 7.00-8.30pm run by Ashley Walker - please note there will be no boxing on a Friday 🥊
... The timetable for everything else stays the same just boxing changing from fridays to Tuesday’s 🥊 Both of these classes are open to new and old students so why not come along and join in either kickboxing or boxing 🥊
