Saunter travelled to France yesterday and has just won the Prix du Mont Saint-Jean at Compiegne for Michael Watt and Billy Slater under a smooth ride from Mikael Barzalona.
He traveled well in second/third behind the favourite Swordshire for much of the race before hitting the front two out and going on to win well.

Nice to have Tony Cocum visit today to see his horses Kapstadt and Byron Flyer.
Carol Mackintosh was up very early to travel from the South to get here for 2nd lot to see her horses Bamako Du Chatelet and Faithful Mount on the gallops.
A few photos of 2nd lot on the gallops today and Tony and his friend with Kapstadt and Byron Flyer.

Royal Village took well to the bigger obstacles and jumped really well for Tom O’Brien today. He had a battle on his hands after the last with the favourite, Whoshotwho, but put his head down and forced a dead-heat on the line.
Paddy A has proved a model of consistency all year, and achieved his third win of 2018 with a strong staying effort at Haydock Park under William Buick. Paddy A had to race hard from the top of the straight to get on top, but once hitting the front inside the final 2f, the result was never in doubt.
Congratulations to all connections.

Great day for England winning the football – “It’s coming home” .......................and we haven’t had a bad day either, Gossip Column defies a 6lb penalty to win for the third time this season at Haydock Park under PJ McDonald. Always prominent in the run, the 3yr old tackled the long-time leader inside the distance before staying on strongly to beat the favourite by a length and a quarter.
Paddy A stepped up to 1m 6f at Nottingham this evening, and under a confident r...ide from Jim Crowley, he won comfortably. Oi The Clubb Oi's stepped up in trip on his handicap debut to get off the mark at Nottingham under Jim Crowley. Having looked likely to win well two furlongs down, he had to work hard inside the final furlong, but he was always doing enough to hold on.
And to end the day - Paddy The Chef got off the mark at Nottingham with a smooth success under Jim Crowley to complete a magical four timer on the day for the yard!!
Thanks for all your hard work Team Williams.

A great end to the month with 3 wins in 3 days – well done team Williams.
Aces won on Thursday at Newmarket - Aces did it well at Epsom earlier in the month over 6f, and backed that up well off an 8lbs higher mark when defying top weight at Newmarket under Ryan Moore. On faster ground than at Epsom, Ryan let him travel in mid-div before asking Aces to make ground hitting the rising ground, Aces got into top gear and stayed on well under a strong ride to beat Sir Titan in a... photo finish.
Gossip Column won on Friday at Chester - Gossip Column for Dr Marwan Koukash making it two wins from three runs in 2018 by successfully stepping up in trip at Chester under Richard Kingscote.
My Fantasea won last night at under a positive ride from Jim Crowley, My Fanatsea got off the mark on turf by landing the last race at Doncaster.
Just adding a few photos of the yard looking very colourful with the summer sunshine and the flowers dotted around.

Cause Toujours won well on his debut for the yard last month, and completed a double when stepping into Handicap Company for the first time at Aintree tonight under Tom O'Brien.
Despite a pedestrian early pace, Cause Toujours didn't pull too hard and was always travelling well for Tom.
The eventual winning margin over Parthenius was a length and three-quarters.

Pretty Jewel has been a revelation this season, winning from marks from 60 in March to 74 winning again at Goodwood last night.
Her proven stamina and determination came into play inside the final stages and she was always on top inside the last furlong.

Aces came from a long way back to win the last race at Epsom on Derby Day under Silvestre de Sousa on just his second start for the yard.
Aces goes well with a bit of cut in the ground and should stay 7f well ... plenty to look forward to this season. Boy in The Bar finished 4th in the same race.
Earlier in the day Shuhood finished 3rd in the first race at Epsom, and Tikk Tock Boom was 2nd at Worcester ridden by Tom O'Brien.

Bodega bounced back to form at Market Rasen wearing cheekpieces and tongue-tie back on. He won well under Tom O'Brien at Market Rasen today. Congratulations to the owner Paul Williams.
Followed by Pretty Jewel making it three wins from four starts for the yard this season when winning the opener at Goodwood tonight under her owner/jockey Dr Misha Voikhansky.

Muhtaris has some decent back form on his card, including a win at Newbury, and on just his third run for the yard, and on decent ground, he posted a third career win over hurdles when winning at Uttoxeter ridden by yard conditional, Ed Austin

User

Jack Regan got his head in front for the first time tonight at Salisbury under Fran Berry, he had plenty to do with 2f to run, but Fran got him rolling and under a strong final furlong drive, he won by a head.
Based on how the family have historically progressed, he should have a productive summer. Jack Regan is closely related to the useful stayer Brandon Castle and the former stable star The Statesman.
Byron Flyer ran a great race at Haydock beaten by half a length and Shania Says also finished 2nd at Chester.

Magic Circle steps up in class to win at Sandown
The Melbourne Cup dream is still alive ...
Less than a fortnight after he won the Chester Cup, Magic Circle stepped up to Pattern company to win the Group 3 Henry II Stakes at Sandown Park under Fran Berry.
... For a stayer, he has a potent turn of speed and he's still improving ...

Seven De Baune owned by Roger Brookhouse showed plenty of promise on his only start to date in an Irish point, and showed enough pace over 2m tonight to make a winning UK debut under Rules at Uttoxeter ridden Robbie Dunne.

Cool Sky wins for the 6th time over hurdles at Aintree
What a little star!
That was Cool Sky's 20th run over hurdles tonight, and his 6th win ... added to a further 7 seconds/thirds plus 6 wins on the flat, what a brilliant dual purpose horse he his.
... Well done to our conditional jockey Ed Austin.

Shuhood showed improved form to win for the first time for the yard when stepped up to 10f at Newmarket.
Ridden prominently, and with confidence, by Paddy Mathers, Shuhood was well placed to challenge the favourite 2f out, and having hit the front at the distance, he stayed on well to the line to beat Beringer by over three lengths.

User

Cause Toujours makes a winning debut for the yard today at Kempton ridden by Tom O'Brien. He travelled well, jumped very well, led after three out and coasted home after turning for home.
Gossip Column also won tonight in the colours of Dr Marwan Koukash. Despite being drawn 13, Adam Kirby got Gossip Column into a great early position in the race at Windsor. Gossip Column hit the front over two furlongs out and stayed on well to the line to win by a length and a half

Yesterday's winners, Magic Circle and Restorer having a catch up today.

User

Great day at Chester with a win for RESTORER, followed by MAGIC CIRCLE winning the Chester Cup for Dr Marwan Koukash. Held up in mid-div off a strong pace, Fran Berry moved to challenge off the home turn, and then sprinted clear to win by SIX lengths.
The way he won the Cup, I'm sure he can go onto better things, especially as he is possibly better suited by more juice in the ground.
Well done to the team at Dominion Racing Stables.

User

Good luck to all connections of the Grand National today.
Gas Line Boy who runs in the National setting off earlier today to Aintree with Michael's Mount who runs later in the day.
Good Luck Team Williams
