Iced & Sliced Description
I've been decorating cakes for years, and love doing it, so thought I'd promote it a bit more now. I have a Food Hygiene rating of 5 from North Warwickshire Borough Council dated September 2013. I make all of the cakes myself and can guarantee ingredients used. I make fruit, sponge, chocolate, lemon, gluten free, nut free, and anything else requested. I am always learning, and coming up with new ideas, and am happy to rise to any challenge from a customer. I try to make each cake better than the last one so that I am always improving the quality and standard of those I produce. So as is always the way, when I decided not to do many cakes, I get 2 at once! This one for a knitting fan called Julie was the first last week - one happy customer judging by the lovely review she's left!

I'm not doing many cakes at the moment due to other commitments, but just had to do this tiger cake for my goddaughter Katie who unbelievably turned 4 this week! Where did that time go! (It gave me an excuse to get my airbrush out again too.) Hope she had a fab day 💗

Another detailed creation for Joy and Barrie's joint 80th birthday - the brief was 2 old people sitting outside their motor home, with a couple of cycles somewhere! Think it fit the bill!!

3 tier cake for Laura And Tom's Beauty and the Beast themed wedding - vanilla top and bottom and chocolate middle tier. The sequins were made from cake lace and were all attached individually! The rose is also hand made, and airbrushed red.
Lilly has finally got past the guts, gore and monsters of some of her previous birthday cakes, and this year asked for a fairy riding a unicorn, with jungle animals around! A girly girl at last 😊

This 3 tier wedding cake for Helena and Aaron was made up of chocolate, red velvet and vanilla layers, with a two colour theme of white and navy, and some royal iced swirls which were then painted copper - the bride provided her own topper.
A very specific order for Barrie's 80th birthday cake - mowing the lawn, with a tree with bird feeder, a squirrel, and a brook! Managed to fit it all onto one yummy vanilla sponge cake
Before and after the addition of the Disney princesses! This pink and white girly castle, made with dairy free sponge, was for Eliza's 4th birthday. Hope she enjoyed having some cake for once!!!

I've picked up my cake tonight and cannot begin to tell you happy I am! I've always made my own for my family and I'm very picky but you have blown me away. Carol has made all of our special occasion cakes including our wedding cake. They were all wonderful and exactly the designs we wanted, even some of our more interesting ones.
