Well done Iceland! Today my mum used your Tong Street store instead of her usual Morrisons. My mum who is disabled said your staff member on the tills packed her shopping, and then asked another member of staff to help her take the bags to the car.
This is amazing! A little bit goes a long way, and the extra time and effort your team displayed meant a much less stressful shopping trip for my mum.
Suppose you could say, that's why mums go to Iceland!

I would just like to say a big thank-you to all the staff and the customers that helped my mum today after collapsing and having a seizure she's still is hospital but is doing ok.
Be careful when shopping in this store and using your card, especially when getting cash back. A member of staff tried to con me out of my money last night and even though I reported him to the manager I doubt anything was done.
Absolutely appalled and wondering how many poor people they've actually got away with it with!
