I would just like to thank iceland staff today for there help! A mix up wiv my delivery BUT they went above and beyond to rectify it & wiv in 2 hours sorted. You guys put ASDA to shame!!! Mr delivery man I didn't catch ur name....but thank u :)
Very poor service. Did my shopping in there today and arranged to have it delivered between 7-9pm (the only available time slot).
It's now 9.40pm and still no sign of my shopping. No contact from store or driver regarding it.
I used to have a weekly delivery from them until a few months ago when the service started to become bad and I stopped.
Thought i'd give them another chance on a one off delivery and they've screwed that one up too.
