I dont usually have any probs with them and the drivers who deliver to me are great. Just looking on website to do my shop and found quite a few items no longer available. Why?? They were available last week!!!
Unbelievably we were assaulted by manager Sorbh on Saturday May 27th as we left the Queens road store. He ran up to us in the street and started going through our bags, totally unannounced. When i complained about his actions, asked what on earth he was doing and asked for his name he hid his ID badge immediately. After telling him we would complain he then said we were barred for "aggressive behaviour"!! We have made an official complaint and he has lied to cover up events. An awful person and a disgrace to the Iceland brand.
Here I am watching I'm a celebrity being subjected to constant ads on mini Yorkshire puddings and no Iceland shop seems to sell them! Annoying! Don't advertise what you have not got!😡

Absolutely awful service I've been using this company for years to then have my home delivery go to a completely separate address then to be told that that is the address it's on my card yet the week prior I've only just had a delivery and it went to my home address the lady who took my phone call last night did not note on the system that I wanted it re delivered did not put in anything to do with my compliance and has not even bothered to notify any of the staff regarding this issue I've only found out this due to phoning them up and asking where is my where's my shopping to then have to then go into store and collect £85 worth of shopping which is going to cost me an additional £5 in taxi fees to get it home unhappy with the service and unhappy with how Management has treated my and unhappy with how Iceland in a hole was dealing with mine quiry as to where about my shopping was..
