Simply wonderful! Everything is just right with this place, whether you eat in or take-away. The desserts are so delicious, the staff knowledgeable and welcoming, and the decor beautiful. I'd go for 6 stars if I could.

Lovely place to eat out. Came back from a long drive and it was a great way to end the day! Desserts were delicious, staff were friendly and customer service was very good! Definitely recommend!

Lovely place , went today for.the.first time with the family, owner was warm and friendly and talked us through the menu. Waffles, cookie dough and milkshakes all good, coffee was the.best. thanks guys see you real soon. Xx

IGLU is the place to go for all your dessert needs! I have coeliac disease so cannot consume Gluten, it is so reassuring to know that I can rely on IGLU to be the go to place where I can still enjoy a Gluten Free Waffle with Nutella of course! So delicious!

I love the 'Small Business' feel to this place. No overbearing customer service geriatrics. You go in, get greeted with the warm grin of an earnest local business owner, are provided with table service, food and finally a smooth bill check-out.



The food itself isn't even describable. Just try it. You won't be disappointed.

Having previously been here for a sit in dessert, decide to get a takeaway! Absolutely amazing, stayed hot until I got home.. only disappointing thing is you don't deliver a bit further. My closest dessert shop

Is SWEET Aldridge but drove all the way to you as your puddings are way better!!! Service was amazing!! Defo coming back!!!

Had delivery. Our first time using iglu as we fancied dessert. The food came before estimated time. It was lovely and warm and the icecream was still perfectly frozen. My boyfriend said the delivery guy was lovely and really nice and friendly.

Came into the store 20 mins before close, and still treated with amazing customer service. Was advised whats nice and how to eat it - microwaved to warm it up (as we ordered takeaway). Best advice ever! We ordered 2 peanut cakes (ones next to the concrete cakes) and oh my they were a m a z i n g. I have never came across such amazing chocolateyness. And the ice creams are just tooooo much. So much better than any other desert shops!

Came here for an escape from Xmas shopping, had a waffle which was amazing, freshly cooked- beautiful ! Coffee fab too ! Fantastic place for a treat.

By far the best cookie dough, nice and crispy around the edges and soft and gooey in the centre.

I've also had waffles from iglu they are amazing cooked to perfection!

Been to quite a few dessert shops now, by far IGLU desserts is my favourite. What a treat it was, from start to finish. A warm friendly welcome, spoilt for choice huge menu, the desserts A M A Z I N G... If you want a good dessert, iglu is the place.

5th time ordering from here, they never disappoint, best cookie dough there is and got given an extra slice of cake just because they was cut slightly smaller than usual. Highly recommend the strawberry ice cream ��. Perfect!! Thank you x

When ever I drive past I always think I want to go in and the desserts look awesome.



Went a few weeks ago on a Saturday and it the establishment itself is dark and dingy.



We tried looking for a table with minimum stickiness but just sat at the only table that didn't have empty dishes on it.

We were the only ones that were inside as we walked in however this didn't last more than two minutes.

It seems this is a haven for 15-18 year olds!



We were given a syrupy menu to choose from, and even though the lady could see dishes needed to be cleared from other tables - didn't think this was a priority for the next ten minutes.



I went for a skittles dessert and changed bits to suit my tastes which they were very accommodating.

The skittles on the side of the dish were colourless and flavoursome as was the ice cream.

The problem was where I tried to bite into the skittles in the ice cream that were rock solid!

I thought as the ones on the side were soft, the ones in the sundae dish would be too..wrong!

Almost cracked a tooth!



Ended up eating as much ice cream as I could and avoiding the skittles.

Needless to say I didn't finish the dessert!



Won't be coming back I'm afraid.. maybe a take away as I understand they offer these (definitely not having skittles sundae again)but I won't be eating in!

Too many kids/uncleared tables/sticky tables/sticky menus.
