We Could not decide where to eat in Brandon - online reviews pointed us to to leave town but we ended up here and we are glad we did . Lovely welcome and amazing food . Cannot rate this restaurant highly enough !

Not a lot of places to eat in Brandon.This place was recommended to me by someone that works in RAF Lakenheath .Food is great ,friendly staff and great atmosphere. Really recommend this place if youre looking for GOOD food.

Have just had the most wonderful meal here. The best Italian food I have tasted in a very long time. The staff were friendly and polite, service was excellent. We are staying locally for a few days and will be back tomorrow, this time saving room for dessert!!

Had dinner here while visiting the area. Faultless, attentive and friendly service, faultless well presented food and competitively priced. Seated immediately at a table of our choice, even though a walk in with no reservation made and a large party indoors. We really enjoyed our visit and would not hesitate to return if in the area again.

100% excellent! Very good surprise to find this gem in the quaint town of Brandon, Suffolk. Handmade authentic pizza’s and great pastas. Third- Generation Family history in the operation and it shows throughout. Highly recommend and glad to have found it!

On a whim we decided to try the restaurant and happy we did. My husband had a pizza and I had the carbonara. We both had the lunch size portion that was £6 each. Good amount of food for the price. We also had the calamari which was cooked to perfection. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because they only accept cash, no debit or credit cards.

Nice restaurant, friendly attentive staff and lovely tagliatelle. Nice wine selection

Starter of calamari was a little tough however nicely presented

Would happily return and feel some of the reviews I read didn’t do it justice so I say visit and make your own minds up

My 1st time there 2 days ago on sat night. I heard it gets busy so booked, but it was empty. Liked the look of it & the service was ok I guess. I had spaghetti carbonara which I admit did taste good, however, it cost £9 for the tiniest bowl. It didn't even touch the sides of the bowl, ppl have commented how small it was, & considering pasta is so cheap, I think that's very overpriced.

This was 4th time we been to restaurant and unfortunately this time was not 100% impressed. Staff very friendly can't fault there. Children's meals coming with our starters that was great... but as my daughter stated the time between OUR courses was quite excessive. Once children then given deserts they wanted to leave... we still hadn't had our main. We appreciate all cooked fresh... again fantastic ... delivery just needed be quicker... will say it has put us off for time being... sorry coz overall on other visits been great and other people we taken there had also enjoyed. Sorry for yesterday not a very good review...

Frankly speaking, MONDRAGONE is an exceptional Italian restaurant

which offers the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life, as well as the

very delicious spaggetti like in Italy, a lot of salads someone can't eat

in another place. I enjoy this restaurant very much. The staff is a skilled one

P.S. it's a pitty I moved in another town with a good job.

First time I visited yesterday for a family mothers day meal and not only was the food really slow (we were the first ones in the restaurant and when others arrived there was only 2 or 3 other tables).

My children received their mains and desserts before we even got our mains.

I also was not keen in my chicken dish and left most of it.

Took 50 minutes just to get an appetizer. Took 40 minutes more to get our main courses after that. We had ordered a meal to go, but the food wasn't even cooked by the time we got the check. Then, they tried to charge us for the food we never even got! Horrible experience. Not worth such a wait for food that is mediocre at best.

If I could review at 0 stars I would. My mother has just received the worst customer service of her life. The website specifically states the prices of food we ordered was £26, when my mother went to collect and pay, he told her it was over £30. She queried the price and mentioned how the website said something different, he then proceeded to deny that the website was theirs and that it 'must have been the restaurants in London.' My mother used the website to find the number so that she could order, when she told him this he said he was not honouring the price. After she told him she thought his service was appalling and would never come back here again he replied with 'we do very well and have an established custom so we don't need to worry'. This is disgusting behaviour. EVERY new customer matters, and the worst part is that this was the man in charge! The food was average at best and this man is a rude, pompous person who obviously doesn't understand what running a business means! We wish we would have gone to Dominoes. We will never set foot in this 'establishments' again and would urge others not to if this is how he treats people.
