Yesterday we had a deployment to Leicester Pride where we had officers from CO to CSO level. We would like to thank all of our team involved in the event and the Leicester Pride management team for their continued support and for hosting such a wonderful LGBT+ event. 🌈❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🌈 #supportingwithpride

ISEC had a major deployment for Land Rover & Land Rover Experience with a deployment of over 60 officers ranging from customer support officers to senior response officer. The officers are all back and recovering from a very hot but busy weekend. We are very honoured to have worked this event. Thank you to the whole team involved inclusive of customer support officer, a busy team of business support officers to the business support manager and then our response officers, senior response officers, assistant command officers and the command officer. We thank everyone involved.

Last night our officers were deployed for the Night Time Ecomony across the Midlands and Staffordshire due to the demand for ISEC Officers, we now deploy to multiple cities. Our officers reported and saw an increase in Domestic Violence. We urge anyone who needs support or needs to talk to call 0808 2000 247.

Our officers were called into Northamptonshire last night due to a threat to life incident and have managed to preserve the safety of all involved. The team have gone above and beyond. Our team are now standing down and heading back to the midlands. #Teamwork #Safelife

Despite the adverse weather conditions our officers are still out and about conducting their duties. We would like to thank all of our team for still being proactive. Please drive safe and be aware.

Our senior management team have been in numerous PACT and SAG meetings over the past three weeks. With new changes to better engagement with the community and guarantee safety is the heart of our operation. ISEC will always work tirelessly to support our local community and emergency services.

From a team finishing their night shift. Our Officers were dispatched to a P1 in Stoke-on-Trent, resulting in a response car getting very dirty along with the Officers kit! Fortunately the incident was dealt with accordingly and quickly. It’s time for operation clean down! They always say boots were made for walking, however our Officers were sinking! We thank the night shift teams for their effort. We hope everyone had a safe (and much cleaner) night.

Last night our Officers attended multiple domestic violence reports. These incidents were not only distressing for the victims and to an extent the attending Officers, but also demonstrated how important our role in the community is during a time of need. Interaction with your community is the most important element of detecting hidden issues, sometimes offering a prevention method.
It is important that we promote understanding and give victims of crime the respect and suppo...rt they require. At times we get a chance to raise a bigger message, so today we shine a light on domestic violence.
iSec will continue to support our communities and other agencies to better tackle complex crimes. Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) are a public and private collaboration to improve a set area economically and socially. Each BID will provide different services including cleaning, development, events, public relations etc.
Many BIDs provide a security, enforcement or warden service to tackle anti-social behaviour and street crime affecting the area. Particularly begging, vagrancy, shoplifting and open drugs use that has a serious effect on the local economy.
iSec provi...de District Policing Teams for daytime and night time economy hours supporting local businesses, reducing crime and protecting the community. Introducing these teams to a BID maximises crime detection and reduction, as well as improving relations between businesses within a BID.

As a service provider for Lichfield BID our district policing team deployed alongside Staffordshire Police ensuring the safety of the public during New Years Eve celebrations. Fortunately the city centre footfall was steady and venues ran smoothly, aiding in a lack of major incidents across the night. Our Officers continue to patrol the BID during the night time economy weekends working in partnership with Staffordshire Police to maintain public safety and crime prevention.

As we approach the late hours before the big moment we would like to remind everyone three easy to remember and important points;
Be Prepared - Ensure you use licensed and booked taxis (or an Uber) during your travels tonight. Have an emergency stash of cash if necessary. Try not to carry large amounts of cash on you in case you lose it or someone else finds it. Fully charge your phone before going out. And make sure you bring your ID.
... Be Safe - If you're going as a group remain as a group. Always know where all of your friends are, even if it's in the toilet or at the bar. Buy your own drinks whenever possible and dont accept open bottles or glasses from strangers. Avoid alleyways and dark side roads, and stick to high traffic well lit roads. Take a condom with you, just in case!
Be Happy - Tonight is about celebrating with your loved ones. Take care of each other, make sure you're all enjoying yourselves, don't leave anyone out. It's a very busy night for everyone. Please be kind and patient with bar staff and door supervisors! Don't overdo it or a fun night will become a terrible night. There's more than enough hours to enjoy a drink.

PUBLIC REASSURANCE:
We would like to congratulate our Officers for their quick arrest of a male carrying a 9" blade in a city centre. Our Officers were made aware of an individual carrying a knife within a busy nightlife area. Whilst taking descriptions the male was sighted nearby and detained by iSec Response Officers. Staffordshire Police arrived quickly to support our Officers and transported the male into custody. iSec continue to work in partnership with different Forces to make our towns and cities safer. Kudos to our Officers and all of those within the industry who strive to achieve the best in preservation of safety.

Would recommend anyone doing a event or who runs a venue to use these guys made our event so safe and help it run so smoothly well done guys and a big Thank You from myself ( chairman) and the whole pride team
