We held a joint surprise 30th/50th here! All I can say is amazing venue, amazing food and all round brilliant place! The cocktails were very good value for money and there were a fair few sort heads the following morning! But would recommend this place Tji and the team are fab!

The food was absolutely amazing, the pulled pork nachos, mozzarella sticks and cheese and bacon burger were to die for definitely going back asap

Recently used Ivy House for a surprise 21st birthday for my brother. Tij and his Team were very helpful and our guests loved the venue, food and cocktails.

Ideal location for a party. We had an engagement party in the cocktail bar upstairs and we were looked after so well by the staff. The food was amazing and it truly made our night very special. Would recommend to everyone.

I held my baby shower here in the cocktail bar upstairs, such a great venue as we had a bar, toilets and outside roof terrace all on the same floor. Food we delicious as always �

I cant recommend this place more its is chilled and quality of food is outstanding. Lunch or dinner i would spend my life here.

Had no idea about his place but I'm glad I went in. Really friendly service. Great tequila sunrises and brilliant burgers. The chef told me that all the food is sourced locally. I'm very impressed!

Great venue for birthday party's! We had the cocktail bar upstairs for a private 18th birthday party for about 50 people.. Manager allowed us to keep upstairs private until late as the party was going really well.. Would recommend to anyone who wants hold a birthday party, they also have other rooms which have bigger capacity :)

Function Room (Cocktail bar) review: Excellent venue to celebrate my 40th! Tij & Team were brilliant from the word Go! He was very accommodating and helpful with all aspects of the party. Listen to all requirements and suggested what might work better. As Tij was on holiday himself on my actual birthday he asked another manager to cover the event to ensure everything ran like clockwork. The bar staff was brilliant on the night and there were lots of compliments about the cocktails. The party food was also great! We had a wonderful time and appreciated the flexibility especially on the timings on the night! We highly recommend this venue and would use it again in the future. Thank you to all involved in making my evening very special!

For my 25th birthday I booked the cocktail room at the Ivy House, overall the service before and after by Tig and staff was fantastic! The room has a brilliant atmosphere for a party with surround sound, great bar, outside terrace, toilets ideally located upstairs and lots of space to sit down after a dance. The food was great and presented so well. I would definitely recommend to others and I would book again for an event. Thank you again Ivy House for making my birthday that bit more special �

Decided to throw my 21st birthday party at the Ivy house recently and was not let down in the slightest! Wicked cooperation from the manager and the door staff were brilliant on the night! Highly recommend the Ivy house if you want to looking to host a party, thanks again

Excellent food and service great value and a nice experience in the tidy venue city Centre ...adding the 10% Bookclub discount just adds the correct sauce on top !!!

Upstairs on the roof terrace the prosecco was popping excellent vibe .

Recently had a baby shower here, venue great but food was good but did not warrant the price paid for it. Supposed to feed 50 didn't even feed 35!!! Manager was very unhelpful and rude. Chef was willing to do some more good but manager wasn't having any of it so some guests never had any food. Didn't ruin the day but we were all very disappointed��

Ivy house sold me burnt meat after waiting 50 minutes for food to come out. restaurant wasn't packed with people. you should avoid this place, if you are going for food. as i have called in number but it's also not their number, as when i called in it was wrong number. asked what happened to them through facebook message. but never got response after 4 business day. and finally reported to food complaints at city council for selling burnt food, fault number, never responded.
