We go here all the time always good food and superb service recommended by friends when we moved into the area a few years ago

It's been 9 years since we all went there last. Could not fault it. Still great food and polite service. And we're fussy!!

A family favourite. We have been coming here for over 10 years and have never had a bad meal. We live in Leicestershire with family scattered all over the UK. It is where our family come to celebrate and it's everyone's favourite place to eat. We tend to go for the eat what you want banquet with starters our favourite - we have about 8 different things! As everything is cooked fresh for you, food hot and delicious. Staff really great with my child's food allergies, confident we can eat safely here. Children love going up to the fish tank, watching the fish. Here's to many more visits!

Really good food excellent customer service it's becoming a regular haunt but guys the ice cream you serve is not good with so many really good choices available now why Walls ??

7 of us booked in Sunday for a Sunday buffet terrific selection of well cooked food ,good service nice atmosphere we all enjoyed the food . Will go again.

Won't be rushing back sizzling had no sizzle was wet and sloppy no taste of ginger or spring onions other stuff was ok staff not interested they asked if all was ok told her about the fish was met with blank sort of no comment

We decided to go there because it is convenient location for us.

The ordering process was too complicated ( you can order whatever you wish but unless you don’t eat it, there won’t be a next dish. I asked what about if I don’t like it. Shall I stay hungry and still pay the full price? Part of the problem is that the staff cannot speak English).

We went for a set menu and must admit it was good.

Went for my mums birthday werent impressed felt like you was being rushed by the staff you was being watched all the time by the staff wasnt much choice on the menu n had ice cream for dessert only had one scoop

The food was ok, but the service was absolutely terrible. Jasmine Court you need to give your waiter a course on how to treat his customers. Our waiter didn't smile, ask if our food was to our liking and when i asked if they did chips he said "no" which they clearly did do as other customers had them. We had all you can eat menu and knew we would have to pay for the chips on top of what we had but he never even said that just a simple no and walked away. So disappointing overall. Sorry but i wont be returning again

The food and service were average, nothing to shout about. Quite overpriced in our opinion - for 4 adults and 2 children it was over £20 each which we wouldn't have minded if the food was great. It was no better than we normally have from the takeaway. There was a baby in our party, which I mentioned when booking. I was asked on the phone if I'd like a high chair, which I accepted and they then failed to provide one when we arrived and she had to sit in her pushchair. There's also nowhere in the toilets to change a baby.

This was my first time at Jasmine Court, and definitely my last.

Meal wasn't up to normal standard and service was awful. Would it hurt for any of the staff to crack a hint of a smile??? Seriously wouldn't choose to go there again.

Food was average, but only allowed to order one dish per person at a time and nothing else until dishes were empty, so for me as a veggie I got one thing whilst everyone else could try each other’s. Waitress asked if anyone was vegetarian, then served veggie items on same plate as the chicken! Service was certainly not with a smile. We used to enjoy going there for ‘the experience’ but we won’t be returning! �

Been coming here for for a lot of years now looks like they have changed the ordering process when ordering lamb or duck you cant go back to starters which has never been the case then there were no spring onions with the duck when told still didnt get them also ordered a jug of water must of had to walk to the well as took atleast 40 mins not very good a meal at jasmine court anymore and will not be rushing back

Took my husband for a birthday meal on 18 September and sorry to say the food was awful - very disappointed - we have been there previously and we have had no complaints but for some reason we were let down on this visit. My chicken curry was full of mushrooms (which I really don't like), hardly any chicken and my husband's beansprout meal was slop. The best part was the banana longboat dessert !!!! Won't be visiting for a while.

Food is okay but unfortunately it's the customer service where The Jasmine Court let's itself down every time. This is reflected in the amount of empty chairs here. The décor is tired and depressing. Waitresses look at you like your an inconvenience and if an attempt to smile was made I think their faces would crack. They never ask how the food is? Are you ok ? etc. All they will ask is if you want another drink surprise surprise. They even wanted to charge £2 for a glass of tap water !!! Be warned they have in small print on their menu( which you will only see once they have you seated) that the set price for the all you can eat buffet is not the actual minimum price. They expect you to pay a minimum amount on drinks to !!! So a £13 buffet is now a minimum of £19. Thus they have lost our custom along with the numerous takeaways we always used to have from them for the sake of a smile and a glass of tap water.
