If you watched last night’s documentary’ on ITV about white collar boxing 🥊
They should make a program about pro boxing. I've lost count of the amount of small hall shows I've been to where you can pick the winner of each bout before its even started. Add to that the fact the big promoters sign boxers that are multiple national amateur champions and then put them in the ring with eastern european taxi drivers for the first 10 bouts just to build hype around them and add to t...he highlight reel. Hardly safe matchmaking is it? UWCB ( ultra white collar boxing) and white collar boxing in general have helped a lot more people than you would think. People who have changed their lives for the better by losing a lot of weight, eating better, stopping smoking etc and discovered a sport that they maybe weren't allowed to do by their parents growing up. I've got no affiliation or loyalties to UWCB but I think last night wasn't an objective/balanced program at all.
White collar boxing is all down to the promoter and mostly are well run with medics,good coaching and bridge the gap between ABA and pro..
Let’s not forget raising thousands of pounds for charity.
Of course the British boxing board are against it.. they don’t make any money out of it or have any control.

Tonight I will be taking an online Insanity 37 workout at 6pm on my page if you fancy joining.
Hi folks, I was going to teach insanity today but due to the weather I cannot teach it outside(well I don’t want to in the rain) and we live in a top floor apartment with neighbours below so that’s also a no go. So what I am going to do is upload a previous workout today from a couple of weeks ago and do insanity live tomorrow or Monday if the weather is better!
