Very proud of this project completed today. Here we built a double story extension on the side of this property to extend the kitchen, add bifold doors from the kitchen onto the garden, extend the bedroom and to add an en suite. While we were here we also extended the family bathroom using the dead space on the landing, removed a chimney breast up to roof height, took out an under stairs cupboard to give the hallway extra space, made a walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom and a full renovation to all other rooms in the property. I could’ve added double the amount of photos to this one but was limited at 40. I’m sure you will enjoy a browse at this one 👌🏼😍.

Just come across some pictures of a little garage conversion that we did so thought I would share them. Here we took down the dividing walls of the garage and make shift utility that had previously be done and brought the floor level up to the same height as the downstairs of the property, new stud walls in place to make a new downstairs shower room and separate utility area, we also had to renew the flat roof as there had been an ongoing leak for some time and unfortunate was too late to save.

Here we took this tired old kitchen and extended it into the rear garden and side passage in order to gain more space in the kitchen as well as add a downstairs W/C to the property. While we were here the customers asked us to renew the French patio doors onto the garden and also renew the bathroom. This was all completed within our 7 week target.

Here we extended this property into the rear garden adding a dining area and an additional living room onto the kitchen. Half of the garage was also converted into a utility with a doorway knocked through from the kitchen. Safe to say we had another couple of very happy customers and we would like to wish them all the best with their new arrival due this week!

On this job we took out the existing kitchen and created one more usable space by taking down the separating wall and taking the toilet out of the kitchen and converting half of the garage and knocking through to create a separate utility and downstairs toilet, we took the dated arch doorway out and installed a new traditional door and frame in keeping with the house, took kitchen window out along with a few course of brick above to fit a bigger window to allow more light to flow through, chimney breast was also raised to allow the install of a cooker hood/extractor . The living room was ripped out, new electrics and heating locations put in along with parquet style flooring and the French doors replaced with some made to measure bi-folds.

Here’s some before/during and afters a of an old house in Solihull where the customers wanted a more sociable and liveable space to entertain. We took down the dividing wall between the existing kitchen and the unused front room, levelled all floors, opened up an under stairs cupboard to create a space for an integrated fridge freezer and tower units, freshly plastered entire area and finished with a fully integrated kitchen with quartz worktops and solid oak flooring 👌🏼

Here’s a job we completed earlier this year where we renovated a few dated rooms in this property including, a rip out of the master bedroom where all walls and ceilings were artexed so they were all over boarded, freshly skimmed and painted with new carpets. Renovation work in the en-suite, renovation work to the swimming pool, a new kitchen in the maids quarter, changing rooms renewed, jacuzzi room ripped out and made into a gym. All rooms also with new plumbing and electrics. We also modified and renewed a few of the bedrooms but unfortunately forgot to take photos.

Sorry everyone, I’ve been slacking this year on the social media front with how busy we have been. Here is a complete renovation project that we have finished with a single story rear kitchen extension, internal structural walls removed along with chimney breasts to really open it up. We even managed to add a downstairs W/C. I think that you will agree with the fact that this property looks incredible!

Happy new year everyone! Here was our last project of 2017! Extending this tiny kitchen into something for the customers to be proud of! Taking the back of the property out 5 metres and the whole width of the back, two roof lights allowing all the natural light to enter the kitchen, a vinyl floor laid with a beautiful, fully integrated kitchen fitted.

Latest kitchen renovation complete. Old kitchen ripped out and dividing wall removed. Tiles taken up and floor levelled. Radiators moved and electrics tidied up and relocated. Ceiling over boarded and plastered entirely. New floor laid, fully integrated kitchen fitted and finished with a beautiful granite worktop.

Here's a recent kitchen renovation where we took out the existing wall dividing the kitchen and hallway and rebuilt a new one pinching a bit of space from the hallway giving it to the kitchen allowing the kitchen to gain an island/table with a storage cupboard under the stairs and a lot more storage in units. When we took the ceiling down we came across a leak on the original flat, felted roof. Instead of renewing the lead the customers decided to go with a vaulted roof with velux windows giving the kitchen a lot more natural light! The window was reduced in size so wall units could run up to the reveal, a new vinyl tiled floor and updated the rear UPVC door. The A team strikes again 👏🏼

Garage conversion - complete rip out, dug down and located sewage extended back of garage for a utility with UPVC panels a flat, felted roof (to follow on from garage) and patio doors onto garden, insulated all walls and created a space for a perfect size shower room complete with sink with a floating vanity draw and toilet. The customers here took a gamble with their tile choices but it definitely paid off. Just waiting for the customers to finish painting and the job is complete 👌🏼

This could be my favourite job to date, taking this run down 3 bedroom house in Solihull and turning it into something of a show home. Taking every room back to brick and starting from scratch. Just waiting on the last few slabs to be laid on the outside and the job is complete. Safe to say the customers were over the moon.

Been very quiet on social media lately so thought I would post these few pictures of a recent project completed in Solihull. The customers had a vision and wanted the downstairs of their property opened up and turned into a more sociable, liveable space. By taking out supporting walls and replacing with steels we gave them just that.

This customer was fed up of her small bathroom so decided to turn one of her unused bedrooms into a bathroom which was big enough for a separate shower cubicle. Needless to say, another happy customer 👌🏼
