As most of you might of noticed I've not been at work this week, as I had some time off with my boys. 💙
Saying that I have also worked many hours after the shop has closed, in order to prep the new stock for you all to buy.
Our website and till integration has caused quite a few issues and it has resulted in me working until midnight most nights. There seems to be at least a few weeks of work ahead of us to smooth out the stock categories, but be assured this is taking place ...at every given opportunity in order that you can find the stock you are looking for.
Lots and lots happening all at once here at Joco, but it's all positive and going in the right direction, even if its not at the pace I would prefer. 😂

It's been a very productive day at Joco HQ. Lots of beautiful new lines arrived today and they have already caused a few emergency stops at the window.
We have the gorgeous Crystocraft Zodiac collection. OMG you need to see these to appreciate their beauty. I will get them photographed to show you all ASAP.
... Tomorrow we are off to the FSB Awards for the West Midlands, so fingers (and everything else) crossed that we win, but the competition is full of outstanding family businesses, so to reach the finals is an amazing achievement.🏆
We have also received some beautiful memorial gifts including stone pillows, keepsakes mini urns, pet memorial frames and the most gorgeous jewellery for you to keep your loved ones ashes inside and close to you heart.
Our website has undergone a make over and despite a few hiccups, we think it is looking amazing. There is still lots of work to be done, as all the products (we have thousands) need to be located into the different categories to help you find what you are looking for more easily. This could take a few weeks, but I think you will agree that the buying process will be made easier.
If you are local and ordering from the website. You have an option to click and collect or have the item posted out to you. By choosing the postage option, we will check the postal address and if we have time during the day we will deliver your order direct to your door the very same day. It's been a very hectic day for me today.
For anyone who has visited our website, please accept my apologies as the new site was switched on and there have been a few teething problems as it settles in. By tomorrow morning the auto-updates should have happened and therefore the site should be fully stocked again.

I’ve visited your lovely shop many times now. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I went in this morning and the lady who was on the till asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I explained who I was buying a gift for. Your shop is so full of beautiful things I didn’t know what to choose. The lady helpfully suggested a few items and I’m really happy with what I bought. I mentioned how bad I am at wrapping things up and she even gift wrapped it for me! I always manage to find unique presents (especially Harry Potter gifts) . Went in last week having not been able to find anything for 3 birthdays. Came out with a bag full of presents which were all unique and wonderful. They all loved there presents ( Harry Potter fans especially).

Came into Joco’s the weekend of Christmas and I was after a last minute quirky present for my dad for a running joke I have with him. Jo was more than happy to help and went out back a couple of times and came back with the perfect gift for the idea I had in mind!

Whenever I’ve been in the shop, there’s a friendly and warming atmosphere and you are never rushed along throughout the whole shopping experience!
