take my grand daughter every year great value for money plenty to do to fill a whole day and they have people walking around to endure things are safe

We had a fab day at Bantock Park yesterday! Lovely sunny day, though plenty of space on each item for the children to play! Great set up and lovely staff!

We took camp chairs which were a godsend ’┐Į

Would definitely recommend and will go again ’┐Į

Unfortunately only managed to stay an hour because people can't watch their children and 13/14year olds were trampling on my 2year in the toddler area. Several staff members were informed and despite abuse they were given off parents they continually tried to remove these older children from an area they shouldnt have been in. When it didnt work there was no hassle in giving me a refund and staff were more than helpful and apologetic.

Nice to see an event that is safe and secure for children. It was so lovely seeing the children run free!!! I would like to see a ball pool rather than paddling pool for the little ones. Also a large slide for the ladies!!! Lol look forward to next year

My kids loved every moment of being here. It's a great place for the kids and the staff are also friendly. Had a fab time !!!

My eldest hurt himself today nothing serious luckily but want to thank the staff especially the first aid lady and male nurse that went out of their way to make sure he was ok! Was soon up & playing again they all had a great few hours!

Lovely day yesterday children fully entertained for the day! Fantastic value for money! We also witnessed a member of staff helping out a family with a child with special needs! He carried the child to the top of a slide so that he could enjoy his day as much as all the other children! Going that extra mile for the kids! Will definitely be returning!

Lovely day out. At 6.50 per child for a whole day out it was a bargain.the slides were manned properly by staff and there was lots to choose from . We had a very enjoyable day

Had a wonderful time yesterday for a friends daughters birthday. Staff were welcoming and helpful and all the children had a lovely time.

Had a great day yesterday. My children all really enjoyed themselves. Wqs plenty of castles and slides for all ages and even things for younger children too do. It all felt very safe and enclosed and plenty of staff about keeping get things in order. Even had tarpaulin sheets down and umbrella shades out and plenty of seating for parents.

Great idea and a really nice set up. Paying once for everything is ideal and makes the whole thing feel like very good value for money. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food on sale was very reasonably priced too.

The kids had a lovely time and the additional games etc in the middle provided a nice breather from the bouncy castles. We will certainly come again!

Fab place to take the kids.. its an absolute bargain. Unlimited play , very helpful staff , staff were always supervising the castles .. this is the 3rd time I've been and will look out for the next time it's on.. would like it to be advertised better tho, only seem to find out its on by chance xx

Excellent set up, my 2 kids loved it, staff are really helpful and friendly, loved the additional activities in the middle such as extra large snaked and ladders, plenty to do for toddlers as well as older children, all in all would recommend and would definately go again!

Brilliant day out! Great that its one cost for everything, you can buy food there but we brought a picnic. We were able to sit in the shade under the marquee which was great for the little ones whilst the big ones were entertained for the whole 6 hours. Great way to spend a day (and the toilets were clean!)

A massive well done to a member of your staff today. As we walked passed we noticed a very young girl had made it out of the enclosure. He run after her, asked her where her mummy was little girl ignored him and carried on walking further. He took his phone out to call for help when her mum arrived. He was very calm, looked very concerned and handled it brilliantly. ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

my daughter had a great time there, sun was shining, shame some other parents spoiled it by not watching there children as my daughters friend got hurt on one of the inflatable, but the staff was great and professional and dealt with the situation, cant wait for the next time you visit

My 11 year old had a lovely time. Only downer being too many big children in the toddler area, my little girl 16 months got kneed in the head. Perhaps this could be monitored better?? Apart from that a lovely time.
