Everyone Active is working with Public Health England to help launch a new campaign across the Midlands to that empowers people to take control of their mental health, called Every Mind Matters.
We all have mental health and, just like our mental health, it goes up and down. But there are things we can do to look after our mental health and wellbeing. As well as physical benefits, being active reduces stress, increases energy levels, can make us more alert and help us sleep better. So as part of this campaign, Everyone Active is offering free access to gym and swim sessions on Mondays between now and 17 December. Find out more here:
