Went for the toddler time session with my 14 month old and 11 month old nephew had so much fun! Lots to do in the soft play and toddler trampoline area but they could also go on the big trampolines too! They loved it! Will deffo be returning next week � they even got squash and biscuits �

We visited Jump In yesterday with over 50 kids from our Football Academy for our Xmas party .

The facilities staff service and food was absolutely first class , we were so impressed and so were lots of the parents , the children were between the ages of 4-11 and Sam ,Lucy and the team could not do enough for us .

They made it a real day to remember !

We had our boys 10th Birthday party here today, could not fault it, everyone had a great time, food was perfect and our party host - Skye - was absolutely fabulous, she was calm, looked after the boys when they needed it and led us through the whole party process - thank you!

Visited today and WOW we loved it!!!!!



Toddler section is amazing, you can sit and watch or go around with your child, they can access the mini trampoline section also, they have members of the team watching your child at all times and also interact with your children.



Will 100% be visiting again.

Thankyou so much for my sons wonderful birthday party tonight! He had such a great time was made to feel very special and all his friends raved about it. All the staff went out of their way to accommodate and were very friendly. The food was excellent and was also surprised to have slush puppies and balloons on the table at no extra cost!!! Would highly recommend and aware of one parent looking at booking already. Well done all!!

My daughter had a party at Jump-In (via Groupon.... A brilliant deal) & the service was second to none....A very well organised party, A clean environment with a lot of staff presence, good food, & an excellent service from the party host & other staff & when an incident had happened, it was handled in a professional manner with a good outcome! 10/10. Thank you & I would definitely recommend to others. :-)

I take my daughter almost every week to the weekday toddler session. She absolutely loves going and looks forward to it every week. The arena is nice and clean. There is so much to keep her entertained from the soft play, slides, trampolines and the long runner trampolines which are her favourite. The staff are so friendly...including Sam, Stacey, Hayley and Nic...they always talk to my little one (even though at times she can be shy). We also attended the teddy bears picnic on fri night and again my kiddies had so much fun!

I booked a party for my 10 year old son Archie yesterday (Sun 19th Nov) and it was the best party ever!!! From start to finish our host Katy made us feel very welcome, explained everything & made the party extra special! The kids absolutely loved it!! They didn't want to leave! Even my 2 year old son loved the toddler area with mini trampolines. There is lots for the kids to do there!! They especially loved the zip wire! We had very happy sweaty faces � I had ordered pizza's for the party food & we wasn't disappointed. There were 5 massive pizzas on the table waiting which the kids demolished!! Free squash throughout the party too. Then they had ice cream for pudding!! It really was managed brilliantly & for the first time ever I had a stress free kids party. And it was all down to our fab host Katey! She really is a credit to your company. She interacted with the kids throughout the party & always kept me informed with what was happening next. My son said the party was "sick" which I think means great!!! So thanks for a fab party & time Jump In. We will definitely be returning!!! �

I booked a VIP party package for my daughter's 10th Birthday party 27.12.17, it was amazing everyone enjoyed it the food was lovely & are party host was great, we didn't have to do a thing. I will deffently be going again with my girls just for fun, thanks for making my daughter a very happy girly, would recommend to anyone looking for a venue for a party..!!

Had my daughters party for 30plus children, well what can I say, absolutely amazing, staff were so helpful they done everything they possibly could for us, normally party's are stressful they took all that stress away from me, they helped the little ones Aswell so it was less hassle for other parents, would highly recommend anyone to have a party here and would also book one again

Only thing I would say is some of the wrist bands were very tight on the children especially the little ones

For our first visit to jump in we attended the Halloween toddler party and wow it was amazing my daughter and nephew had a brilliant time and loved every minute the staff couldn’t be more helpful and involved and the atmosphere was lovely would Defo go again and recommend it to others :D

I started by putting 1☆ but that was down to the poor customer service Im receiving from call centre. the actual staff and management at Walsall jump in have been very helpful and understanding in trying to fix the problem. My daughter is now very excited for her party. Thank you

First time taking my 2 year old. I’ve been lots of times with my older boy who absolutely loves it! It’s his number 1 place to go! My toddler loved the toddler area so the perfect place to entertain different aged kids . My only criticism is there is no rail on the stairs to the toddler trampoline so they are vulnerable on the stairs. An easy fix though jump in ?

Went yesterday with kids 4 their Easter Treat...not as big as expected and didnt like the fact tht they wudnt let my daughter go in the toddler bit because she didnt have an orange wristband on...they wanted me 2 pay extra 4 another band just so she cud go in there. Bit of a rip off 4 wht it is. Had an enjoyable afternoon though so all in all was ok!

Went today for my sons birthday quite expensive for what you get and omg I was freezing and I can understand for health and saftey reasons they have to take care but they wouldn’t let the kids jump with out blowing the whistle or telling em of for just having fun a few of staff was ok

Son is ADHD ASD and dyspraxia had and absolutely brilliant time. New layout gives waiting parents more space cafe is reasonably priced and great food. Only down side was my teenage daughter is used to using outdoor trampoline at home and schools and gymnastics club trampoline which according to her have more spring in them. She is HFA / ASD and a typical teenager. I'm a cardiac patient but would have loved to have taken her place.

Wont return, since its refurbishment its half the size. Loads of kids in there but not enough trampolines. Wrong colour wristbands was put on my children. Was sent back & forwards. One female worker was quite abrupt with my son. Asked why the wrong colour wristband was put on she said 'dunno' no apology. Expensive drinks. Only one male member of staff was pleasant. I cant believe how small it was compared to before. Only positive was the first aid and safety given by staff. Rather go to airspace im afraid!

We visited for the first time a couple of days ago. Saw an offer on Facebook about £5 toddler play for between 11-12. Included was unlimited drink for the child and a hot drink for the adult.

After our brief, we entered the arena at 11;15. And promptly told to leave at 12. Not enough time really as it’s meant to be an hour. They should open a little earlier to allow for brief time and get the full hour jump time. Wasn’t allowed on the trampoline with the 2 year old? Then being kicked out at 12. Was going to eat lunch there, but went down the road instead to beefeater!

Also didn’t get our free hot drink as staff wasn’t aware of it. God knows how I would have drunk a cuppa and spend valuable time on the trampolines anyway with just 3/4 of an hour.

However; the place was clean and the toodler enjoyed it.
